I dont know what to make of this

A few nights ago I was lying in my bed I thought I was asleep and then I woke up but I kept my eyes closed. Then I felt a sharp needle in my arm. A couple days later I noticed a small clear bump with blood in it on the side of my hand. I am not sure if this happened.

Nothing else other than an injury you may not have noticed. A splinter that just pierced the surface of your skin and didn't break off.
