Yes, I am a big fan of incense myself.

What sort of incence btw?

Heh I got some magnolia sticks with the holder for 2 bucks. I'm going to buy some more for a bit of variety soon[:)]

No amount of rigorous training, sitting and doing nothing, and clearing one's mind can help a man who hasn't overcome his doubts.

FT,

Check out Nag Champra. I came across it in India in '91 and it is a great incense. You can probably find it in any metaphysical type store, or online:http://www.passages-onthenet.com/Incense_India.htm -

Wowie I just got some incence for the first time in my LIFE and I burnt it during the night along with a piece of paper next to it with loads of sacred symbols on it. And guess what! No night terrors! No waking up and seeing a spider! Nothing! Nada! No implanted unnatural fear!

I have no idea where I'd be without PPSD!

P.S.- I've been under severe attacks from an astral spider for the past half year or so...so this is a REAL relief for me [:)]
