rain protection

Hello Naphere
   I am sure that if it was a monsoon like rain then nothing would want to be out in it. It would constitute running water. I have not seen regular rain have a lot of affect unless you are crossing streams of it running on the ground. Pipes would have as much affect. If you prayed as you walked in the rain like you did in a shower to cleanse yourself it could have some affect.

why not carry a big bucket of water around so that if u like u r in danger u can throw it in the air and get wet.

Hey since running water is supposed to be a form of protection
what about when It rains.  Do spirits not like the rain?
