You dont need to do much to stop this. If you resonate with what I will say, then that is all that matters. You create your reality, how would you like it to be done?
Knowing information can make things a lot easier for one. So knowing you create your reality helps build the vibration that change is possible.
What you vibrate is what is reflected to you IRL. It is like a dream. If you start running because there is a scary looking monster coming to you, a dream creates a scene where you run for your life. But if you let go of the scary monster beleif, it would not chase you. Your reaction is important to the reality making process. Pay attention to what feeling/vibration you react to, this will show you what vibrations are playing apart the reality that is manifested in front of you.

As for what is happening, who knows. What you beleive is happening is what you feel like is happening until those beliefs are changed. Does everyone know what your thinking? You will go through life reacting to that beleif and feeling it is so. Is it just 1 person casting a spell on you? So be it.
:Now, this is a different 'person' speaking. Im at a different vibration. If i was happy, i would speak differently than sad. I feel like having 2 perspectives might be good here since I was once in your position. I have experienced almost exactly what you have. It was called a phychosis, but thats just a label saying that my reality was not 'right'. I was perceiving it differently than normal, and I do beleive there's things going on. But it doesnt really matter because I realize that it can change, it can teach me how to grow, and so much more. People seemed to know about me somehow. Looking back, while knowing we are all connected, and we are all one so-to-speak, it makes more sense as to why I felt like everyone knew me and my thoughts. I would interpret words differently, and felt people were speaking in code. Nouns would refer me for the most part. Actions would revolve around things I felt people were trying to do to me. So if someone said ' I walked the dog I own' I would feel as that meant 'I played with Karxx's mind and own him'. Something like that. The stories got complex, and with me beleiving just about every thought that popped up, i fell DEEP into the rabbit hole. And when you go down, the one thing that always happens besides fear is distrust.
Interpeting words as codes makes reality harder to understand, cause if someone is trying to help you, you interpret it differently. But the good things is i know how to talk to someone through it all. No, i dont speak code lol, but I understand how mind works more or less. And Trust/Doubt are a big factor. So on to what to do. Like said, dm for more.
Vibration/feelings change reality. BUT, if you simply feel your feeling, it realeses it without it effecting your reality more. It's like working with trauma. People run from it, and surpress it, and it still effects you. But once you confront it, go into it, although scary, you heal. So, feel whatever you want to. There is no wrong when you are wanting to try to heal yourself. So dont worry about what to feel or yada yada.
I suspect this works because of AWARENESS. We all have it. Being aware of something is confronting it you could say. It is bringing it to light. I personally beleive awareness is the highest vibrating vibration , and that is half of what we are imo. (the other half being the thigns we are aware of) When you feel, you are MORE aware. When you are browsing on your phone, you are a lot less aware.
Also, raising your vibration with good feelings is cool too. I dont do it, but a lot of people like it.
One more suggestion is breathing. You automatically raise your vibration when doing so. It makes you heart centered I've heard. It is literally impossible to be angry when you are breathing. So when you are all cought up in your mind and lost, or afraid or what have you, breathing is a great staple technique.
Practice some of these things and see how it goes for you, and let experience be your teacher.

For now, a minimum defense is to daily visualize a white sphere of protective energy surrounding you along with an appropriate prayer/statement of protection.
A big reason this might work for some is because they might believe in it. They might feel protective and such. That feeling of protection is the key part, and trusting it too. You might not be able to visualize a white sphere for example. And if so, you will feel that it wont work. Sure, visualizations can help boost your own beliefs and feelings into it, but like i said, the form doesnt matter SOOOOO much. Take it and make it your own.
Sorry for the long post, im bad at that, which is usually why I try to breath and let my higher vibration do the talking. But this case is a little different.
