I believe:
God exists
Prayer works
Miracles happen

I believe:
In the power of hope.
In the power of forgiveness.
In the power of the human mind and the human heart.

Our ideas of God, prayer, miracles, hope, and forgiveness may all vary
when expressed in words. But it is our minds and our hearts that tell us
we are nevertheless on the same page, heading in the same direction.

Without judgement, what do you believe.

my intent with this post is to remind us all of our humanity

I believe we can see ourselves in others, and work to serve their needs as we would our own.

I believe that if you listen to someone long and intently enough, you can understand how they see the world, and they will make more sense to you as a person.

I believe very few people like to be demonstrated to be wrong in public or private, but that if you provide enough information, and understand the limits of the person, you can change their mind over time.

I believe deeds carry more weight than thoughts or words.

I believe we should work to repay those who have served us, whether we were aware of it or not.

I believe we should rely on logic, evidence, experience, and compassion to show us what is true and what isn't.

I believe we should honor our ideals of virtue through art.

I believe, as Kant did, that we should ask ourselves whether the action we are about to take would be more beneficial for everyone to take, or no one to take.

I believe in a 4th dimensional after life.

I believe our universe is a constant cycle and that this is simply my starting point.

I believe thought alone can change an out come of any scenario.

I believe life and consciousness itself is a 4th dimensional variable that cannot be fully solved in the 3rd dimension. similar quantum physics.

I believe we can perceive everything in this known universe and there will always be a theoretical right answer to any question.

I believe we create our own reality in the 4th dimension.

I believe in keeping an unbiased and open non labeling conscious to ground my self and to grow.

I believe that there could possibly be some 5th dimension we aren't even aware of.

I believe we label our world what we want so it pleases the majority of us.

I believe in progression and moving forward and learning from mistakes. you can't be right if there was never a wrong.

I believe that I wouldn't have wanted to live my life any other way up tell now I've learned a lot in just only 18 years.

I believe in considering every possibility first to find the right answer.

I also believe there may be more then just one absolute right answer.

I believe the world is what we perceive it so I always try to perceive it in my favor with good intent.

I believe that because we all can perceive a constant unchanging universe in different ways proves the 4th dimension.

I believe in putting myself in someone or something else's shoes to get a different perspective.

I believe I can be wrong.

QuoteI believe I can be wrong.

Of those you posted, I like this one best of all. The start of wisdom... admitting we may be wrong about what we thought, and that we know far less than we told our self we did.

Reminds me a lot of listening to Alan Watts.

I very much enjoy listening to the thoughts of people from the 1950s-mid 60's. The people closest to the present day, but still partially unshackled by most of the modern institutions of popular culture, and steeped in the traditions of philosophy. There is a certain clarity of those perspectives. Eisenhower sounds like a scholar alongside today's pandering politicians.

I believe we might be fooling ourselves.

I had forgotten this thread Bungalow, it is and has been a very long journey. I wonder where it originally began.
