Transcendental Meditation

There is a jungle out there of meditation styles but this one interest me more.
It is also a technique that is the main theme of a David Lynch movie:

I have two questions

1. What is it?
2. And how can I stream the free movie in Europe?

Tom Campbell gives a great description of Transcendental Meditation in this interview starting at around 3m 50s in:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niip67BXkQE

It's the form he first learned back when he was in university and found it very helpful.

As for the David Lynch movie...
You would need to buy a ticket and go to it, I can't find a stream of it anywhere.
