Hello,

I've been grinding my teeth (known as bruxism in the scientific community) for some time now. I know it's totally about the negative thoughts I've loaded into my subconscious at a very bad time in my life. Now those times are gone, but the bruxism remains. What are the ways I can tell my subconscious to stop sending "grind your teeth!" signals when I'm asleep?

Thank you in advance for your kind answers.

I have a similar problem on and off.  I bite my tongue and inside of my cheeks hard enough to create wounds.  This happens when something stressful is going on in my life or even when I'm having an exiting AP or dream.

I've had great luck with giving myself a command before bed.  Say something like, "I will completely relax my jaw all night long.... I will sleep in peace."   Now FEEL your jaw relax as you're drifting off to sleep.

I works great if you believe it will.  Good luck!  :)
