Healing for Herniated lower back disc.

Hello everyone. I had a herniated lower back disc in 2012 that caused a lot of pain/mobility problems. It has been hurting again the last few weeks. I'm seeing a physical therapist but would also like to request healing here. Any healing/good thoughts/vibes/prayer/energy work will be most appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hey Alvis, sending healing thoughts your way. I have one suggestion. Try it and believe it will work. Place your hand on the area that hurts. Then imagine light energy shooting from your fingers and covering the broken cells with this energy. Imagine the area heating up and the cells are being rejuvenated and repaired. You must apply the strongest intention you can produce and strongly believe. I had applied this technique several times and it had worked wonders for me. Because the truth is, we all possess energies which we can use in various ways, the only requirement for that energy to produce results is to believe. Belief is not something imaginary, it is in fact the creative force of everything. Without it, the energy is just static. Belief is what turns the raw energy into things. These things correspond to the type of belief the creator is holding.

Healing can be and is an elusive thing.
It all evolves around that thing called 'A learning curve'.
Or even ' different strokes for different folks'.
Are times even the best of healers will fail to get through with a healing.

WHY!

Ones soul is/ or maybe, blocking all healing efforts.
(This is a subject not often talked on, and wont go into at this point)

When all seems to be 'not working', switch to 'need to do it myself' mode.

I know this post is old and I hope your healing has progressed well.   I have many healing videos that are freely available on youtube. I also have a a set of videos for Spinal Healing.  The videos contain healing frequencies and a meditation based on Yoga healing techniques.

There are 12 version of my Spinal Healing video.  The first 6 contain the same binaural and isochronic beats, with the first having just binaural and isochronic beats and the other 5 having added sounds such as wind, rain, wind & rain, pink noise, plastic crinkle ASMR.

The second 6 have the same frequencies but is pure binaural (that is no isochronic pulses).  This is because a very small percentage of people find isochronic pulses to be unpleasant.  The same system of versions with added sounds wind, rain, wind & rain, pink noise, plastic crinkle ASMR described above is used with this set and in many of my videos.  The meditation and the healing frequencies are the same in all 12 videos.  Some people prefer the added sounds and others do not.  Do what works best for you.

Healing meditations really do work so if my videos are not for you then please try some other healing meditations from another source. It can really help a lot.
