I think you're right. In fact, I can barely run it (It doesn't work at all on Internet Explorer or Netscape). I have to use an odd browser with unpredictible reliability. It runs, but very slowly.

Much thanks to the moderators and our tireless admin. I know this forum takes time and money to maintain.
