Hi there,

I have finally found the site I have been looking for. I used to be a member for Astral Forum but I cannot find that at all these days, what happened?  anyway, really glad I found what seems to be the same thing

I used to play the 3 hour  mP3 that was on the "forum" site, I don't seem to see it here, Am I not looking properly. Any advice would be great as it was super helpful to wake up at night for OBE.

Any advise would be awesome. I am uber keen to get back into OBE and start a diary here
