just wondered, cos I got a message that seemed a bit random.

not spam exactly just this email saying 'I want to learn to astral project can you help me' or something, but it didn't respond to anything I'd posted or anything so it seemed weird

I get those sometimes, mostly from people who I think might be too shy to start posting in the forum. And some are looking for a personal teacher, which after a few e-mails they realize I'm not the guy they're looking for.

All I can say is, use your judgement.
