Hi,

Welcome to the forum and for pointing out the use of the word Regimes.

I am no expert on the diction and use of the English language, but as far as I understand the UK use of the word (and I assume Australian) would allow for Regimes in this instance. Someone is welcome to correct me if I am wrong on this.

It seems to me that "regimen" would be more appropriate, but that "regime" is actually also okay.

The last section of the last chapter of the online "NEW Energy Ways" is called "Recommended Daily Regimes".  The word "regime" refers to a ruling political group.  The intended word is "regimens".  Since, as an online publication, it is easy enough to edit, I thought Mr. Bruce might be interested in making the change.
