Same with food, I personaly prefer little expensive healthy food to a huge pile of cheap junk food.
Another common one is "your" confused with "you're". Drives me crazy.
That said, I myself am all too susceptible to making typos, and even the occasional confusion of verb tense. I try to go easy on myself, and others. This is a spiritual site, not a grammar site, and as I traverse the jungles of everyday life, I try hard not to lose sight of the mountains of my lofty goals through the leaves and branches of petty distraction. [:)]
if you are worried about grammer, then this is definatly NOT the site for you. There are people who post here who live in all different parts of the world. Yea sure sometimes the mess up a bit, sometimes even a lot, but who cares, you can still understand it. I find that I am much more worried about the information, than the spelling. Many of the people here are new to english, or just have a little harder time with it. if you want purfect spelling and grammer, you are in the wrong place.

I think most people on the forum here know I'm the same way. I am an extreme stickler for proper grammar and spelling. But, alas, there is nothing I can do, even as a moderator, to stop people from typing the way they do. This is simply because people type the way people want to type (and since there's quite a few members here...correcting every post is extremely troublesome [;)]).
However, I and the rest of the moderators will fix topic titles if they are in poor quality, full caps, or the like. This is all we can do to help spelling out. Microsoft Word has a spellchecker; so if you need to be certain your post looks top notch, run it through that real quick.

Hi, I'm new. I just stumbled across this site today, and I'm amazed at how much I can relate to some of what I'm reading here. I know this is a little thing, but many times throughout the articles in this site, "its" is spelled "it's". "It's" is always a contraction for "it is", while "its" is appropriate for showing possession. I find that when an article or letter has incorrect grammar, I am less likely to take the article or letter as seriously. It makes me realize more how fallible we are as people, and how easily we make mistakes in other, more important areas. Maybe it's just me, but I find that when an article is written well, with correct grammar, I have more trust in the professionality and reliability of the author, and give more attention to the content. When the grammar is incorrect, it can be distracting... even if the content is accurate. Would someone be willing to make corrections?
