Title: How to get a picture icon on your profile?

Go into "Personal" pulldown menu and select "Edit Profile".
Enter your pass.
Go down to the Avatar section.

Hello,
I was just wondering how you get a picture underneath your name when you post messages. I guess it would be your profile "picture".
