Telekinesis and telepathy would fit nicely under general metaphysics. Psi balls would work well under energy development. As to spirits, spiritual development or general metaphysics? All are good ideas. I know I'll be watching the first three if they appear.

The usual method I have seen is to place the hands a short distance apart and then send energy between them, visualizing it as going into a specific shape such as a ball or sphere. You can use any sense to perceive the energy or combination of senses. You can make it a gold sphere that smells like roses and has an electrical crackly sound to it. You can make it warm or cold, smooth or roughly textured, heavy or light as a helium filled balloon. The more creativity and detail you add to it (until the details gets to be hard to remember) the more effective it will be. A psi ball can be used for many purposes. If there are two people working together you can toss it back and forth, adding energy on catching it to help sustain it. This will help for practice purposes. As I have been reminded, I can create a psi ball to help warm myself.

Im not too good at it, but i made one just before, i use inner energy, which is also y i became dizzy for a week, i made psi balls too often, like 5-7 a day for 2 weeks and i was dizzy and had headachs. But, try to feel energy or any feeling through out ur body, and then try to feel it go through your arms and to ur hands and picture a ball of any color floating in between your hands. Im gonna try making the psi ball make sounds like tom said. Btw, look for your hands feeling numb, hand twitches, any kind of disturbance in the air behind ur psi ball, any kind of heat, coolness, and also feel if you can feel your hands being spread apart. Try to relax your self, meditation isnt necesary to a full extent because psi balls are easy, very easy, i made one for sure on my first or second try. If anyone could explain to me how to use external energy i would use that, but for now i risk being dizzy for a week so i only make psi balls once every day or 2 days.

The only method I know of for getting energy from an external source is reiki. The only method I know through experience, I mean. Some people draw energy from nature: the planet, running water, the sun, the moon, nearby trees, crystals, wind, etc. I have also heard of pulling energy from a candle flame. Batteries and electrical outlets don't seem unreasonable to me, but I have heard that if you are using electricity and your concentration slips then you can give yourself an unpleasant shock. If you see any form of energy, potential or kinetic, you can probably use visualization or tactile imagery to draw energy from it. Considering some of the weird things I have read, you probably won't have to be the first one to try it. Some of the ways of getting energy I've read sounded absolutely horrible, but let's not make me think about them.

Tom

You can start right away by taking energy in from an external source. Drawing it in through your hands, feet, or crown chakra would all be effective and then you can store it in your subnavel storage area. You can also send the energy directly through to your hands and between them to make a psi ball if you are planning to use all of it right away. If you don't want to draw energy from an external source you can get energy from your subnavel storage center or your crown chakra or even both.

Perhaps this thread is proving that a forum under energy development for psi balls is a good idea. There really is a lot to say about them.

The thing I like most about them is that they are a way to gather energy outside of myself. It is close enough that I can feel it and work with it and adjust its properties. Then I can add to it. If I want to add energy to a particular chakra, I can create a psi ball with the type of energy I think most likely to help. If I want to send energy to my first / base chakra, I can gather energy from the ground between my hands to form a psi ball and then push it into my first / base chakra. Because the energy was not gathered there there is a sharper sense on contrast as the energy is added. Stronger sensations are created. If you have a leaky container and you fill it slowly, it might take a long time. If you fill it quickly it will be full for a while. I use psi balls when I want to go through my primary centers quickly and dump a lot of energy into each of them. It is a good way to get ready for meditation. There are other uses, of course, and we should talk about more of them.

Greetings!

Most of the subject requests belong in the Metaphysics forum, and the Spiritual ones in the Spiritual Development forum or the Spiritual Truths site.

Psi balls can be created with the imagination bu holding the hands, perhaps in a cupped position, about 6 to 12 inches apart, and creating the Psi ball between your hands. You should feel the pressure and heat as it generates.

There is another experiment as well - if you hold your hands straight, and vertically, and gradually bring them together, when they get to within a quarter of an inch or so (say 1 cm), you should  feel a force trying to push your hands apart like the opposite poles of a magnet. Some people might finds that their hands attract each other and get pulled together however.

With kind regards,

Adrian.

Would it be possible to add a Telekenesis, Telepathy, Psi Balls, and spirits forum? Alot of people are interested in these and they will be active forums. They would be great addition to this astral pulse community.
