Replying to topics!

Hi,

what happens when you hit the "reply" button? - I suppose you can't reply to tell me now, but what about you try to use the "reply" button in the topic overview, on the right? Doesn't that one work?

I doubt that this is a problem with many people, but it's not working for me.  I am able to post new topics, but am unable to reply to any.  I don't know if it's the computer I am currently using at the lybrarie, or somthing wrong with my login.  Does anyone have this problem?  What all programs, such as shockwave, java, etc. Do I need inorder for this forum to function correctly?
