Question about linking

I have recently created a forum centered around spiritual developement and was wondering if I am allowed to create a topic to promote my forum and gain some members.

I already am planning on mentioning the astral pulse website on my forum, for it 's very useful content and Bruce's meditative techniques.

I realize the use policy says no advertizing allowed but I am not doing this for any personal profit.

Hi Zan,

The current view is that you should be allowed to create a link to your not-for-profit spiritual forum. The administrator and the moderators discussed this issue a number of months ago.

Certainly we would object if a profit-making link appeared on a member's signature. However, in the scenario you've described, there should be no problem. Thanks for asking!
