Observation , the "show unread posts" link seems to not be accurate. Is there a know issue? What I see is I click on it and then read a post list and click again and a good portion of the listings that was there are no longer listed. Even though I did not read them?

that's weird, I am not having that problem. Did you close your browser?

I've seen it not be accurate from time to time here and on other forums.
More often than not, it works as advertised.  Apart from that, it'd be a forum software thing.

No. Say if I check it on my iPad and there a ten listings and I click and read one then go do something and come back later and click the listings most of the items listed will be gone. The other way I lose them is if I check the listings with my iPad and then don't read them all then check them with my iMac the ones on the ipad listing won't show up on the iMac?

If I navigate away to another site & come back, they will be gone. So I think going from one device to another will change it too. I have to pretty much look at them all in one "session" or they will be gone.

I don't believe it's saved per computer you use... but per account.
Cause the ones I read on my work computer don't show up when I read them on my home computer.

I use Safari and that doesn't happen with me- and I use two or three computers, depending on where I am.
