Don't re-type your password.  When the window asking for you to type in your username and password just leave what is already there.  At least when I download things the information is already filled in but the password is really long and looks incorrect that is okay it is just the encrypted version of your password which should work just fine.

There should be no problem downloading this file. I would suggest you try Link Shadow's suggestion and leave the password as it appears; it is indeed the encryption which causes it to look as long as it does.

I am not sure about the script errors. I don't see them with Internet Explorer and I haven't had such a problem reported before either. Are you using the latest version of Explorer: 6.0.2800.1106 at least that is what mine is.
