Actually where I live you can go to alot of gas stations..you know the ones with conveniant stores...or a grocery store.  All you need is the cash in hand!  with a dollar or so to purchase it. Then fill it out.

The local Post Office will do a money order for you. Just go in the post office with the cash and tell them you want a money order. You don't have to be 18. They may charge you a small amount, like 50 cents. To be sure what it might cost just call first, but it won't cost much.

How do I make out a money order (MO). Do you have to be 18? Can I do it in a P&C store or a "wilson farms" store? PLease tell me what you do from step one.
