Is it possible to include in each post its own post number?

Hi moderators and administrators of this forum:

Please, would it be possible for you to include in each post the number of that post? For instance: in the heading of each post it should say: "Post #58"... etc.

When there are a great number of posts, it is very useful to refer to a previous post that somebody has written.
