I've been reading these forum's for a while now, very interesting stuff.
I was just wondering something though. It seems that everytime i'm outside (and the sun is up) if i focus on nothing at all, but remain focused, i will begin to see small "specks" of light particles floating in the air, thousands of them, in my immediate vision.(terrible run-on sentence i know :p)
I normally only notice it after i've been meditating or i am very relaxed. I didn't know if anyone ever noticed this before? I also wear contacts, maybe this has something to do with it.
