Welcome to Dreams! / I only get lucid in nightmares
October 18, 2005, 05:48:19
When I get lucid, the first thing I usually do is stop the dream, and lose lucidity. I recognize that I can do something else, but I'd rather just force myself to wake up.

Well, anyways, last night I had a dream that a bear was trying to kill me.  I guess I made it mad or something.  Well, right before it was going to hit my in the head with its paw, I realized it was a dream.  I said to myself "O.k, I don't want to be in this dream anymore."  So I left the dream, to another.  It wasn't exactly the best dream either, and for once I kept my lucidity.  I made myself wake up after that one.

Any ideas that might help my mind realize I'm dreaming in a dream that isn't so nightmare-ish?  Thanks!

Yea, I've had dreams like that too.  The most recent of mine was when I dreamt the order in which my pets would die.  Well, I was completely correct.  The only thing wrong was that I dreamt that one of my cats died of some sickness, when in reality we think a fox or coyote killed him. Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / cool!
October 03, 2005, 20:31:05
I just tried this, and I definitely got closer that ever to AP.  I loved the chakra part, very relaxing. It was as if waves of energy corresponding to my chakras was washing around me.  I had a falling experience, and very strong vibrations.  This was also my first case of astral sight.  All I can say is wow, good job!  I'm gonna go listen to it one more time, bye all!
