        whats your thoughts on the holographic theory.here's  a couple links to get an idea ,if your not familiar with the concept

this idea for me,helps my own personnal experiences  become a whole lot more comprehendable than E=MC2
Micheal Talbot in his amazing book The Holographic Universe expands on the theory,just as a recommendation if your interested.
