Im gonna echo what Goldenshadow said...AGIAN since its VERY IMPORTANT.

Humans are animals.....plain and simple. We happen to be a primate called the Homo-sapien. To those people who say that animals are aware, and have concious, or consciene....obviously don't have any pets. Animals are great teachers to us..they accept us uncondionally not matter what.

Now..if you are talking about the millions of cows out to pasture, waiting to be slaughtered or milked. Im sure they have their reason here...Im just not aware of it.

From watching John Edwards, and James Van Praag, and other mediums...they seem to bring family pets thru QUITE alot. Dogs, birds, cats, tigers (Seigfield and Roys were on James Van Praagh last week). So...to those of you who say that animals are concious....when you say that....that pretty much means you don't believe in Astral Projection either....that doubt it still there. But Astral Projection, mediumship, psychic things, all tie in toghter. Its really quite fascinating. :) Im enjoying the journey of learning about all this.

YES...animals have both. But when you ask....are you talking about like the family pet? or wild animals? I think they all have both...but domesticated animals...or animals that have realationships outside of their own species (humans, and other animals)...are a little more spiritually evolved than the cow grazing out in the pasture. (Not that those cute Californa Cows aren't special too.) James Van Praagh, and John Edwards have both said that animals are the greatest teachers of PUL. They don't judge us....they only can love us...which is really what its all about. And having that realationships with other animals raises their concious awareness of other things, other then themselves.

I am aboslutely shocked about how blind everyone is being here. Yes....he loves children......but a little to much. You have to ask yourself......would you feel comfortable letting that MAN hold hands with one of your children? And cuddling up agianst him like that? If you answer NO to that question.....then you can't be so sure. Yes...I agree he is a big kid that never got to grow up and now hes acting that way. But....his motives are impure. If you watch how agittated he gets when hes questioned on the children, and sex...he gets VERY upset....not vocally....but look at his body. His body language speaks for him.  He gets very nervous, and can't hide what hes thinking. Sorry to bust some of you out of your own little reality world....but the mans a child abuser....period. There really isn't a grey area here....he abuses children, wether it be, sexually, emotionally...or physically. The 1st thing that struck me about his kids was the movie MOMMIE DEAREST. Where Joan Crawfords adopts kids to hopefully help her sinking carrer. I think thats just part of the picture with Mr. Jackson. Hes a man of many layers. I liked how Bashir asked him about the zoo, and "Why can't the nannys and body guards take them?". I don't remember the respond completly....but he obviously didn't see the danger of he was putting his own kids in. Because.....the spotlight was back on him. I feel torn on him. While I feel compassion for where he is at in his life, and his past...he does need to move on, and hopefully heal. Realisticly though....I don't think thats gonna happen...because he has the money to support it....he won't ever have to face the real world...how the rest of us live it. But....on the other side.....his thing with kids is not innocent, and sweet...its sick and someone needs to stop him. Its not ok.....I've had friends that have been molested by men like that.....it leaves a bad mark. I feel sorry for that kid Gavin..Im sure the parents put pressure on the kids too....since mr Jacko has so much money....maybe it would be good for them to be friends with him...and ignore all the abuse....it means they have MONEY. I just blurted that out from who knows where....but it was just a thougt. I really hope he does come around. If not....Frank, Ginny, Monroe, Moen, and the rest of the afterlife specialists are gonna have to build up a ARMY to retreive him after he has passed. Hes gonna need some major healing after this lifetime. Thanks...thats just my 2 cents.

Hi guys,

Just thought I would post this article on Night Vision. Its from a aviation website...but it goes into detail about the structure of the eyeball and light and stuff.

"

A veteran pilot once remarked that night flying is no different from day flying-it's just that at night you can't see anything. Although his statement carries a good deal of truth, you can usually see something. To compensate for what you can't see, you need proper instrumentation. To make the most of your vision at night, you need to understand how the eye operates in darkness.

"Autokinesis" (short for autokinetic visible light phenomenon) is one of the special visual hazards of night flying. It resembles vertigo in some ways. Autokinesis occurs when you stare at a pinpoint of light in a dark sky. After a while, you get the feeling that either you or the light is in motion. To prevent this from happening, keep your eyes moving. Don't stare at a single light too long. Autokinesis used to be responsible for numerous aircraft disasters, until we discovered the cause for this optical illusion.

Night flying requires a different visual technique than day flying. You can see an object best during daylight by looking directly at it. At night, however, a scanning procedure is more effective-to permit "offcenter" viewing of the target. In other words, you will find after some practice that you can see things more clearly and definitely at night by looking slightly to one side of them, rather than straight at them.

The explanation for this lies in the dual structure of your eye. There are two kinds of light-sensitive nerve endings at the back of your eye: (1) the cones, which distinguish color and require considerable light to function, and (2) the rods, which detect objects only in shades of gray but can operate in very dim light.

The cones, because they need greater intensity of light to function, are used in day vision. In fact, the cones stop working altogether in semidarkness. Millions of these tiny structures are clustered at the back of the eyeball, directly behind the pupil. Not only do they distinguish colors, they pick up distant objects.

The rods are concentrated in a ring around the cones. Being colorblind, they see only in grays and are used in peripheral vision during the day-that is, to perceive objects in motion out of the corner of the eye. Because the rods can still function in light of 1/5,000 the intensity at which the cones cease to function, they are used for night vision. These structures are 100,000 times as sensitive in the dark as they are in sunlight. However, they do need more time to adjust to darkness than the cones do to bright light. Your eyes become adapted to sunlight in 10 seconds, whereas they need 30 minutes to fully adjust to a dark night.

The fact that the rods are distributed in a band around the cones, and, therefore, do not lie directly behind the pupils, makes "offcenter" viewing important to the pilot during night flight. If, in your attempts to practice the scanning procedure mentioned previously, you find that your eyes have a tendency to swing directly toward the target, force them to swing just past it so that the rods on the opposite side of the eyeball pick up the object.

Rods lose their sensitivity after short exposure to alight source, but regain it quickly after a moment of "rest." Consequently, a prolonged blink may be enough to renew the effectiveness of your vision if you are simply using the "offcenter" technique, without scanning. Remember, too, that rods do not perceive objects while your eyes are in motion, only during the pauses.

Good sight depends upon your physical condition. Fatigue, colds, vitamin deficiency, alcohol, stimulants, smoking, or medication can seriously impair your vision. Keeping these simple principles in mind, you should be able to safeguard your night vision. "

Hi guys,

Just thought I would add some food for thought here. These people aren't cheating..having these experiences is a good thing. It gives them something to remember....and oh boy do they remember it. :)It allows them to gain experience in a way that you can't when your stone cold sober. Well..with that experience they hopefully recaputre some of that feeling of being on mushrooms or whatever....and then turn that into a actual projection or phasing experience. I still vividly remember the last time I did mushrooms which was about 2yrs ago.I still can feel the overwhelming sense of connectedness we all have, and just PUL for everyone. It was a positive eye opening experience for me.
Now they are coming out with things like BWEGN...and TMI (which has been around awhile) which can alter your conciousness just as well. And the great thing about it is you can bring your self into that state even after using hemi-sync. Oh....this was the connection that I wanted to draw that I forgot to mention earlier. Someone mentioned (I think Frank) Hemi-sync was like training wheels on your bike. You need them at 1st until you can do it on your own. Well..I kinda think of mind altering drugs along the same line. Its a good way to experience it 1st hand, and then go back and recreate that feeling. :) Hope that helped.

I have found that Gateway 1 Intro to Focus 10 extremly helpful. Makes gettng into the mind awake/body asleep state pretty easy. If you read Franks post in "Gateway Experience" in this fourm, he outlines the process he goes thru to get to focus 10. It was very helpful since I downloaded it from Kazza, and had no idea of what to expect. Thank you Frank for providing that outline. :) I have had good luck with Advanced Focus 10 with the REBAL. Your Resonant Energy Ballon is very good for getting you aware of your "energy bubble", and combined with NEW, it makes you buzz pretty srongly. :)

I also have a question regarding the Astral Planes, and Focus Levels/ Afterlife? All the same thing? Just different ways to describe it?

I am so glad I stepped onto this fourm. It has been truly a eye opening experience in the best way. :) The Gateway Experience has been wonderful. Its given the the motivation to just do it. To go out there and explore when I would have otherwise gone and done something unproductive. I think what we are, what we have been and are gonna be is way more facsinating than any TV could ever come up with.
Franks posts were a great starting point. It was nice to have a basic outline of what to do. Especially since I have it in mp3 form with no instructions. Was definetly fumbling around in the dark there, but Im getting my "legs" so to speak. :) I kinda had my own adaption of it. I forgot who mentioned it, but I liked the thought so I kinda tweaked it. (WHOEVER MENTIONED THIS THANK YOU!!!!). She had mentioned a Mercedes zooming down the autobahn and I just loved that visual. A AMG model with 492hp..DROOL!!.  I drive for a living, so its pretty easy to have that feeling of driving in a car. So I decided it would be driving down a nice oceanside road. If anyone if familair with the Pacific Coast Hwy in California (USA) will know what I mean. That is my favorite drive. :) So I use that as my way to Focus 10 with turns being the counting. 1,2,3 ect when he is counting. I still haven't gotten the imagery down completly but am still working on it. Thank you guys for your post on this. Truly amazing stuff that stirs my soul.

I also have a question about patterning? How do I need to word it? Does it have to be specific? I couldn't figure out how to word it.

Ex. I'll use a real life example for myself. I want to go to stunt driving school, and racing school. How would I need to say it in a patterning session?

"I want to go to stunt drivnig school"
"Im a stunt driver"

This is where I get confused. LOL....so if someone could offer some suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. :)
Im assuming I could patterning on how to get the money to go to school to huh? Is there anything that explains the mechainics of how some of this stuff works and why? Thanks guys.

There is a lot of great Hemi-Sync things on Kaaza. You have to search with a bunch of different names to make sure you find everything. LOL. You can almost have your own complete library. Im just starting on my exploration. :)

Search Examples.

Hemi-Sync
HemiSync
Hemisync
Mind Food
Human Plus
Robert Monroe
The Monroe Institute

Have fun. :)

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Singiing
August 27, 2002, 20:31:28

Hi Network,
I have a decent amount of experience with NEW and singing. I was gonna be a professional singer,(opera/musical theater) but decided to go for my 1st love. (Aviation). Before I start singing/warming up I do some basic energy work. Then work on my solar plexus and get it going for breathing. Then move up energy up from there into the lungs and then move that energy up into my throat. I do some specific work on my larnyx too. I find it helps keep the tension out of my throat and I can keep my voice better balanced that way. Then I do work on the rest of my throat/mouth/nose. Now when Im actually singing I try to feel the energy raising out of my lungs up through my tracea, and then up thru the vocal folds, then up thru my mouth/nose/back of head. I hope this helped some Network. :) Thats been my experience with energy raising and singing. :)
