Thanks Stevo, good idea.

What do you do with the swirling colors, is it a sign post for more to come or a door that must be opened.

I can't be the only person to see swirling colors with or without my eyes closed.

I can achieve the swirling colors every time I mediate or try to sleep but that's it, nothing else seems to happen. What should I be doing to take it to the next step?

I used to have high school dreams alot, the usual stuff can't find locker, don't know combination, sitting in class without books, etc.. I have had so many if i do dream of high school I think that I don't need more schooling or classes and I immediately move in to a different dream. I don't know how many dreams I've had telling the security company I worked for 20 years ago that "I can't come in for a shift, I haven't worked there for over 20 years." Weird.

Good morning all, this morning while I had some time before work I sat and meditated in my computer chair. After a few minutes i felt as if my body had expanded and was as big as the room sometimes as big as the building. My hands, arms, legs all felt enormous barely able to fit in the room. Then after 5 minutes it was gone? Was this my conscience expanding? My awareness?

Any ideas?

I am for the most part a disbeliever, which is why I try everything myself first before I make judgment and even then I look at the possibility that perhaps I just can't do it.
I know what you mean MisterJingo about the pin wheel that's why I practice with a pen. I suggest you try tk, I am trying to astral travel for the thrill and to see if its possible. There are fakes and false cases in everything not just the paranormal. That's probably why we are such a negative society.

ill be honest moving a pinwheel or pen under glass is not easy when close let alone across the room. I have seen video of it being done under glass on psipog or one of its links. The whole point of my first post was that moving physical objects from the astral plane could be possible based on telekinesis and the existence of ghost/spirits which i believe are lost spirits/people on the astral plain. Ill leave the tk debates to the tk forums.

note: moving pin wheels can be subjective, there is a certain amount of faith and disbelief any observer will have, its a personal choice.

It never ceases to amaze me the close mindedness( is that a word?) of people on a obe site! Do the research and read the articles before judging. Telekinesis is not a new discovery.

I can move objects from across a room like pens and pinwheels while awake. I believe everything is connected   and while we astral travel is no different. Instant travel from one place to another while on the astral plane i think proves that. I think the only hold us back from moving objects on the astral plane is experience and the sometimes lack of lucidity but i think with practice that can be overcome.

OK first telekinesis is not a lie or delusional. Secondly I have been in a ghost group for a few years and i am only stating the obviousness of the situation. That people can manipulate energy while being awake to move objects and that when we have an obe we are energy. As for a controlled obe I personally have only had one obe and it was not controlled. I am only drawing a conclusion based my experience, this forum and others based on telekinesis and Ghosts. Are we not the explorers of the the unknown? Ghosts and tk are as real as obes.

I can move objects while awake through tk, and while part of a ghost group i have seen objects moved by unseen forces. Are ghosts not people free from there bodies roaming the astral plane?
I believe given the time and practice moving objects while on the astral plane can be done by the same methods as tk while awake.

Is it possible to use your astral sight while using your physical eyes? Is it possible it use astral sight without astral traveling, say when you close your eyes?

Everyones insight and experience would be appreciated.

YA i fly, levitate, moved stuff all the time but i never seem to click in im dreaming.

Hey all new to the site, I have been trying to project for a few weeks, last night I wrote in my log that I wanted to visit Stonehenge while telling my subconscious, "mind awake/body asleep". I had a great dream about astral projecting, where I knew I was dreaming but it was the storyline of the dream as opposed to me actually being lucid and aware.

Anyone have this problem of dreaming you know its dream but not being aware? If that makes any sense?

Rimme
