does anyone else have an idea about what this is?

Hi everyone

ok so after 5 minutes of meditation, I become very relaxed and I'm in a "light trance" state. And then it starts vibrating and buzing INTENSELY in my hands a little in my upper lip, my sternum and my knees. And then at some point there is a very big pressure and intense buzzing in my hands that my fingers open by themselves. I don't know what is this and I'd very like to know. Because when I try to meditate  it keeps me from concentrating to go into a deeper state of trance.

And is this buzzing and pressure is energy movement or some kind of astral vibration beggining?!?!

And NO it is not just me being more aware of my blood circulation. It is a very CLEAR and Intense buzzing and pressure.

Can you guys tell me what it is if you know it or if it does it to you?

Hey guys! everytime i meditate I get near the alpha state and theres like a buzzing (like electricity) in my hands and in my arms and a little bit on my face, theres like a pressure on my hands that keeps them open, and theres also a big pressure in the middle of my chest. What are these symptoms, is it like energy movement or the vibes or something like that?

How can I practice and learn psychokinesis?

Every time I meditate while I'm listening to boxed nirvana (alpha state), I always feel a weird tickling or buzzing in my hands, my arms and in my chest. I feel like a hard pressure on my chest and a strong buzzing sensation. Like if electricity was going trough me. What is that? Is that normal?

I'll show you all the verses in the bible that is related to OBE.

"I know a man in Christ fourteen years before--whether in the body, I do not know, or out of the body, I do not know, God knows--such a one was caught up to the third Heaven. And I know such a man--whether in the body or out of the body, I do not know; God knows--that he was caught up into Paradise and heard unspeakable words which a man is not permitted to speak." (2 Cor. 12:2-4).

Third heaven and paradise here means spirit world. So this man was out of his body and was in an other dimension.

"And at once I became in spirit. And, behold, a throne was set in Heaven, and One sitting on the throne." (Rev. 4:2).

We can see that John traveled with his spirit to an other dimension

"And he carried me in spirit onto a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, holy Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God,..." (Rev. 21:10).

Again.

"Remember him-before the silver cord is severed, or the golden bowl is broken; before the pitcher is shattered at the spring, or the wheel broken at the well, and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it." (Ecclesiastes 12:6-7)

The silver cord here is refered to the astral cord. It says remember God before you die (silver cord is severed). In these times, egyptians knew about out of body experiences, and they knew that the cord is what brings life from your spirit to your physical body.

In conclusion, God knows about astral projection, he himself live in an other dimension. I don't think it is a sin to practice astral projection, it always depends of youre intentions. There are many demons and unclean spirits in the astral world and/or the spirit world. You have to take care of yourself while you travel in the spirit world.

I do get the little tingling feeling while I'm meditating (alpha state) in my harms, my hands, my chest and my legs, it is just the begining of the real vibrations, the little tingling is only the movement of energy. I have one time felt the real vibrations. I was in a lucid dream and suddenly my body began to shake very hard. It was so violent, I think my bed was knocking against the wall. I realized that the vibrations ARE the tingling sensations BUT in a very more big and violent way. Just concentrate on the tingling sensation and try to make them bigger and thery will grow until they reach the real vibrations

It is possible to move physical objects from the astral plane, but not exactly from the astral plane, from the etheric plane or the real time zone as Robert Bruce calls it (this plane is the closest from the physical so it is exactly the same as the physical but the only difference is that you can travel in it with your astral body and fly and pass trough matter and if you have enough etheric matter in your astral body( that's what makes you stick close to the physical), you can even feel the texture of the walls and other objects. This how you can possibly move things of the physical from the astral. But it is not that easy and it is very rare that one can go this close as the physical. You need to have a lot of etheric energy in your astral body. But, it is very possible.
