Messages - Khah'peth

Quote from: James S
Hi Khah'peth
Most of the time I repeat what I audibly hear. Only once to my recollection have I let down my mental barriers enough for a spirit to speak directly through me. It's a big step for me to have the trust and confidence in both the spirit and myself enough to let that happen.

As to why angels would use one person to help pass a message on to another - the simple answer is doubt, more precisely, self doubt. We receive messages from Spirit all the time, but doubt prevents us from believing it ("that must have been just me talking") and acting on it. Sometimes we need to hear the message from another flesh and blood person before we believe.

James.

I don't understand your rationale. If I were to doubt that I was hearing an external voice, why do you think I would believe you are hearing external voices? Actually, I would scrutinize another person's claim far greater than I'd ever doubt myself.

I do not wish to step on any toes. It's just that I am just highly suspicious of any entity that needs human assistance. Following other people is a matter of acceptance or dismissal. Only direct experience is valuable.

James, when you say you channel angels are you speaking in terms of repeating what you've heard audibly or do you mean channeled in the sense of being possessed?

For what reason do these angels say they need you in order to communicate to anyone?

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Relaxation
November 25, 2005, 06:47:26
Every time I have managed to consciously enter the astral it has been the result of me falling asleep during an attempt at projection and then awaking up seemingly normally; however, being in the astral. I eventual gave up some time ago because 1.) the AP experience were sporadic and unpredictable 2.) I'd have false awakenings which only lead into dreams 3.) Because they weren't conscious projections, but rather flukes, I would get too excited and wake up.

So obviously something I've done is in some way effective. Now I'm taking a second go at it and hitting the same barricades.

The problem I'm having is that once I've relaxed my body my attention is drawn to the lungs. The inhale and exhale are the only feeling remaining. Once my attention is drawn to it I start taking in larger breathes. I also had another problem, while relaxing the jaw muscles, with saliva production increasing in my mouth causing me to constantly swallow or lie there with an uncomfortable puddle in my throat. I can typically stop the saliva, but the breathing is another story.

Those times that I am able to repeat a mudra in my head and I'm not thinking of the inhale or exhale... well, I can lie there for 2 minutes or 2 hours, but nothing happens. Not a vibration, not a feeling of heaviness, lightness, falling, dizziness - NOTHING.

I have woken up in what I believe to be a deep trance three times. It's a state in which your body is vibrating, sounds are heightened, and sounds echo around as if you are contained in a jar. Despite this it still felt like I was in the void of outer space. First time i though I was going to be able to consciously project. I slowly started to move and was over. All physical laws were in effect. Second time it happened I sat there vibration for like 10 minutes. I felt as if my body had floated out, but when I finally moved I wasn't floating. All physical laws were in effect. Third time I tried to "unlock" my chakra using a technique I'd read about, but the one in the pelvic region wouldn't let me lose.

This is very frustrating. I may have to just accept that not everyone can project consciously.

Any concentration tips would be appreciated.

I have had experiences where my time in the astral was prolonged. Two being that manifested as points of golden light were doing something to me involving my solar plexus. They effectively trapped me in a cycle of a repeating moments. i didn't mind at first because I planned to use the opportunity to travel, but they had other plans. I was repeatedly awakening falsely until I eventually drifted into a dream state. I woke up again and figured out what was going on and was finally able to break the loop I was trapped in.

The physical body usually responds by awakening if we get over emotional. How you could be held against your will for an indefinite time is beyond my experience.

Of course, you could just be making that story up as a bid for attention:)
