Think of the body, go back and start over again. This may seem tricky but it isn't, and even the most deceitful altered reality can't defy this tactic. For more tips on this, visit spiritvoyager.com and click on "The Program" link. There you will see a little booklet cover. Click on it and in the Table of Content look for the topic dealing with the V.S.R. Technique. If you can follow it, and you seem experienced enough to, it may help even though it is dealing with a more advanced method of projection.
