all the techniques being banded about here seem to be tit for tat. fighting fire with fire. a more efficient way of dealing with the unseen world would be to fight it with earth.

it is quite clear that they can observe our thoughts even as far as influencing them. i expressed something along these lines within my mind and spoken aloud. it worked.
my apologies if i have offended you in any way, i am ignorant as to where you abide and if i have disrespected your home in any way, i apologize. if i have harmed you or your own in any way i apologize, as i cannot see you or yours with my physical eyes.
if by the nature of our existence we supply you with some form of sustenance i would be very grateful if we could both work together to create more love. surly that is the sensible option, its like someone eating fatty sugary foods, we know its not good for us, yet our sense gratification upholds these unhealthy habits. i can only surmise that you suffer from the same indulgences as we do, and prefer the taste of whats not good for you.
i don't mind you observing my thoughts if they help you learn about being gentle and more altruistic, but please don't drain me and i ask that you stop producing these abhorrent thoughts. i know there not mine.  wishing you peace and healing.

as for heeling, i have done not to bad by myself. got my mind back to as healthy as it can be. ignored the voices and the thoughts trhat appeared to besome one elses and it eventually stopped.
at the moment  i am relatively constant, occasional sickness in the stomach, pressures in the head overpouring scents sometimes,buzzing left ear, anxiety.
the worst of the dispair and depression has passed.

i would like share with you some of my experiences. over the past few months things have been getting a little "out there" so to speak.  i must stress that i am in no way trying to appear important or egotistically looking for regocnition. the little i is a concious act of defience to the system.
all throughout my child and adult hood i have been subject to some strange dreams. they generally consist of me either fleeing from or confronting diffrent beings, sometimes shadow types. during one of the encounters with the shadows i chased one and caught it between two sheets of  a plastic glass type substence. the group i was with in this dream stated that i shouldnt have done it, yet some part of me knew i had debilitated an energy that is not conducive to mankind. incidently the group of beings i was with were shadows, yet they had a diffrent feel to them.
another dream consisted of a giant orange and silver type of dragon. looked like a giant iguana. anyhoo i managed to jump on top of it and began to wrestle with it. i managed to get it in sort of a head lock then promptly cut its head off.
i have had other encounters with other beings some that looked like werewolves others quite stocky huminoids with outlandish blonde hair some of these other beings felt quite friendly, but for the most part i am warry of anything i encounter. most other dreams are spent flying through lands totally alien. generally when i wake up i am more drained than when i went to sleep. sometimes i wake up with certain understandings that i am at a loss to express.incidently during my waking hours i wouldnt say boo to a mouse and am not aggressive in any manner.
what i am away to relate to you is even more outlandish, here goes. around this time last year i began experiencing a buzzing in my left ear, starting at around 11-12 o'clock at night. i had no previous knowledge of et involvment in our society at this time. it is only recently i have been looking on the net for similar experiences, which brought me here amongst other places and the stories being expressed unnerved me to say the least.
at first i thought the noise was a car outside with its engine running,i even went out to check. no, no car. this buzzing has persitted ever night since then, with varying degrees of intensity. around this time i also began seeing things in a diffrent light. little things like knowing who and when some one is approaching my house, and other things a little more abstract.lets just say not everone we meet is authentic, or rather they are being utilised by beings with a diffrent agenda.
these revelations have continued and intensified and popped in june/july this year. i say june/july as i have a compete laps in time continuity between these months. it was almost like(for want of a better description) a ground hogg month.
i woke up one morning and checked my emails, as i had been conversing on a certain web page and was hoping for a reply. the reply i got was anonimous but it stated that i had made myself available for an energy exchange. i was s#$tting my pants to say the least. during the rest of the day i was compelled to look at pictures of some ancient artifacts from mexico and scotland. i began to understand what they meant or symbolised, which was diametrically opposed to what the anthroplogist had written about them. i also experienced the same plane fly past my window in exactly the same way three times. this shattered my sense of concrete reality. i knew without a shadow of doubt then, about the illusionary nature of reality
that night my body just got up and went into a star shape posture. then what happened next i can only describe as a quickeneing. an energy swirlled through my entire body at break neck speed. i stumbled and fell backwards and it happened again.it felt like something trying to rip me apart. i tried to get to sleep to no avail. i then became aware of two beings peering at me from above. they were not in my room it was more like they were on a diffrent vibratory level and i was seeing them through the top of my head. they were greys or maybe blues could only see there faces. a space craft , an oval silver coloured orb flew past the window.
the next morning i noticed that my skin had an eerie green glow almost like a mist attached to it. i also began to feel terribly nautious. i spent most of that day in the shower in between bouts of  dry wretching. the green mist slowly subsided and i began to feel a little bit more like myself. the rest of the day was spent trying make some sense out of it all. some where inside i knew it still was not over. that night while trying to get to sleep i just got up walked out of the house and along the road into the local cemetry. i walked quite a distance into the cemetry then began wretching again. there was no physical matter coming out it was more like an electronic noise. this went on for a while until i felt a loud crack at the base of my neck. with that i was propelled forward. my forhead struck the ground and a flood of something shot out of my head and into the ground. i went back home and tryed to get some sleep. upon waking the next morning i checked my emails just to make sure of no more phantom emails, and there it was. a letter thanking me for my efforts the night before. there was also a part i was to send on to a list of other emails that were accompanying the mail. it stated that i was to recieve 5$ for every one on the list and that i should set up a post office box to recieve this payment. it stated that this was all perfectly legal according to some law of the 106th us congress. at this point i ignored it i didnt want payment from any one or thing as i felt this might obligate me to something in the future.
i then went outside to watch the sun coming up. my body then began to perform movements almost kung fu like. this proceded for about half an hour when i started to feel something begin to merge with me. i have heard of people meeting praying mantis type aliens. this was like that . at times throughout the experience it was like if id willed it to happen i could have taken off, like wings were protruding from my back.. i walked about with this entity in me for a few days. it fed off the energy of others. with the use of  an energetic probiscus that it was able to project onto passers by. it also fed off the scent of flowers. there was other occurences that i couldnt explain, or rather have no context  with which to relay some of the experiences.it was like seeing demons, who were somehow behind the personallity and experiences of eveyone. it was also able to channel a type of energy through itself which sounded a cross between a train passing and electronic interference.
with what little idea of myself i had left i managed to battle hard enough to gain control of my body again.
it has taken me quite a while to regain myself and i am still not 100% to be honest i dont think  you can be the same again after experiences of this kind. since then  have had two really strange dreams.
one i was in a dark swamp coiled up in a giant snake which was sinking its jaws into my neck, while crushing me. the other i was led into a cave which looked like the entrance to the underworld from the four corners region in arizona. whether this was the actuall site or the reptiles cattering to my bent of character i am not sure. i was led inside and told a few things which i struggle to regain in my waking hours. at the end of the explanation i felt a hand on my shoulder then a giant blue crystal sword was stabbed through my back at the level of my heart. i looked down to see it protruding through my chest at which point i woke up. i think it is still there as the pain is still there.  
since the praying mantis experience it feels like something raped me, my arse has been sore lets say. i speculate that this is the opening along with the ears that these entities make there entry.
i have found that keeping the mind silent coupled with a gentle anger can help me battle them during the dream scape. i dont think alot of our thoughts are our own.
