If you have an open third eye, you can actually see the prana particles in the air. You may have noticed sometimes if you look at a bright blue sky,  there's a lot of tiny swirling comets that seem to wink in and out of existence. Those are prana particles.
What I've seen going in all directions look like little sparks!

An eye examine wouldn't hurt, always check the physical possibilities first.
However, you've described exactly what I have seen and know to be prana. Going to the eye Dr. regularly, I know that I do not suffer a detached retina or anything other than less than perfect sight and a few 'floaters'.

I've had this experience before also. I was laying on the couch and was in meditation. To the best of my knowledge I had not fallen asleep (but who knows). I heard a horrible sound of deep growling and opened my eyes to see something coming through the wall, it didn't have a definitive form but was translucent and cloudy. I felt as if I was being held down, tried to scream, and nothing would come out. I was so afraid I left my body, went to the steps and tried to yell to my mother for help, but again, nothing would come out. I was then back in my body and thought to myself, OK, I can't physically speak, but I can speak in my mind. I prayed to God to help me. (My eyes were open this entire time) My eyes were drawn to the ceiling, I saw a ray of light slash down the center of the ceiling and then a second ray cross the first one, like a "t". I could not 'see' WHAT came out of that light, but something did, and I was released immediately. I then felt that whatever had come from that light had went back through it and the ceiling 'closed back up' (hard to put an experience into words, isn't it?)
I then heard five different tones that sounded like a harpsichord and the experience ended.

I don't know if this was hypnogogic hallucination or not, but it was as real as me sitting here typing this. I've read about sleep paralysis too and find that the experiences are similar.

Regarding negs, I personally feel that the spirit world is no different than the physical in the sense that you have good and bad in both. I also believe that energy follows thought and to think of or concentrate on the negative draws it to you and gives it more power.

I agree with many of you that far too many things are labeled as being negs. But I also believe that they exist.

I have been experiencing this same thing with cold!
I will feel very cold in my back/shoulder/neck and hands for a while and then it will leave. It almost feels like a cold pack is there. When I touch the areas that feel cold they are warm to the touch. It's strange. I am still feeling heat in my feet and hands also at different times as well as alot of energy around my head. I have also noticed an increase in feeling spirit around me and people talking but I can't make out what they are saying.

I had my 2nd attunement today and just wanted to share my experience.
The second attunement wasn't as intense as the first. I guess this is to be expected with having already been through the 1st attunement.

I have noticed increased frequency in the sensations in my crown chakra as well as heat in my hands and feet since the 1st attunement. This could just be increased sensitivity to energy.

Last night was the closest I have come to AP'ing. Wonder if this has anything to do with the attunements?
I'll keep you posted and look forward to reading your experiences also!

I did a search for free chakra balancing download and
couldn't find one. I purchased mine in a metaphysical book
store. You can find plenty to purchase on the internet though.
I did find 1 site that offered a free balancing, but it was a silent
balancing and I'm not too sure I find it credible.

It's my understanding that everything eventually affects us in the physical.
Visualize yourself in a protective bubble at all times, not allowing any negativity in. Do not accept the negativity and visualize it going into the earth and being transformed into positive energy.
Also, I would suggest that before meditation you take 3 deep breaths, upon each exhale visualize negativity leaving you. Visualize this negativity also going to the earth and being transformed.

There are some great Cd's available that balance your chakras.

I have noticed this already Tantalord. Thought I was seeing things.
Seeing little sparkles in my vision. Slept in late yesterday, went to bed rather early and slept about 12 hours! I am still feeling alot of activity in my crown chakra and around my head.

A few things were going on prior to the attunement, feeling heat in the soles of my feet as well as something moving under the skin in my back which I mentioned in another thread. I figure my guides were preparing me beforehand.

I get my next attunement 1/4 @ 7, I'll keep you posted and look forward to others experiences.

Yes, I did receive my attunement.
I could feel the energy quite strongly on both sides of my head. Also noticed my crown chakra open and felt like static electricity on the top of my head. Also felt pain in my heart chakra area, not too intense, but it was there. I am looking forward to the next attunement for sure. Looking forward to reading about your experience.

I will be receiving my first attunement @ 7 this evening. I'll also post my feelings. His webiste did state that what you may or may not feeel depends on your sensitivity to energy.

I never considered the possibility of energy blocks.
This sounds quite possible. Any idea why they are in certain parts of the body, and how they are relative with regards to the nature of the block?
This seems to move from the base of the spine on up. Meaning lower back at one point in the day,  then mid or upper, etc. No rhyme or reason so it seems.

Hello everyone,
This is my first post and as stated in the subject matter, not sure what this is, IF it's anything at all.
I've had this 'cat moving under a blanket feeling' in my back under my skin for a few days. It's really weird and can't figure what it might be. It's VERY noticeable and will happen out of the blue for no apparent reason.
Any ideas?   :question:
