I see so there are other chakras then? Do you feel a pulsing of those other chakras like you do with the third eye? I don't really notice anything anywhere else. Thanks.

I used to practice Astral Projection, never really was able to do it... but after practice I started to have Sleep Paralysis which was scary at first, but I learned to use it to have lucid dreams. Without trying to I started to notice a feeling between my eyebrows, I can feel it whenever I want to just by thinking about that area on my forehead, the energy sensation pulses down the right and left side of my face to my temples, sometimes it goes a little further down and I can sort of feel it pulsing to the top of my head. I had no idea what it was, I thought it was a nerve problem. So anyways, if anyone has any links with info on how to use this third eye it would be great.. is there a way to tell if it is "open" or opening? How many people here have it and know how to use it? Thanks!
