i am assuming this:

all this NEW stuff can be replaced (with higher efficiency) with various yoga asanas (or other detailed physical exercies)

coz energy body is another way to say physical vitality and fitness right??? i.e. instead of doing sponging and bouncing and energy raising one can do yoga asanas coz it does the same work faster + increses flexibilty + cures thousands of disease....

i am thinking this coz i read yoga books and kundalini books and all the chakras and energy work are pertained to doing exercises of their physical location (like raise anus/perineum to raise kundalini or open base chakra)

of course its what works best for u but i was wondering if just asanas (and\or pranayama) is enuf for the whole energy body to develop at the rate or accordance to NEW...

i mean yoga is a more hollisitic spiritual thing than OBEing and raising energy to develop chakras and secondary storages and all coz it involves concentraion development and meditiation and flexibility and breath control simultaneouly n blah blah...therefore working better for me...(not that bruce doesnt have it but its just not complete yet...(for my expoloration\satisfication coz i am planning to drop NEW and do asanas + pranayam for chakras +relaxation which is equal to better obe\meditation)

i do meditate, for 2 mnths now...and have entered and maintained light trance fairly...maybe norm concentration span of about 30 sec before a thut pops...

i have entered deep trance several times but just not able to mantain attentiveness....

so...

ok, so i just downloaded some holosync alternatives like abyss and no-mind track n must say they are pretty impressive but i was wondering...

my goal being astral projection and readin all the topics on hemi-sync in the forums it seems like the gradual and almost guaranteed way to project wud be thru hemisync right??? (being that it slowly builds from f10 to ...whatever)

and where does holosync come in all this...i heard holo is better but i never saw projection being mentioned so i put it off...

or cud i get to the 3d blackness and all that without any experience or products or guidlines and merelz by listening to inner-voice or abyss or sth...

another question...

during attempted deep trance meds, i find myself waking up after trying to keep awake but constantly falling asleep...

i tried the chair vs bed and all that but its either goto sleep or very light trance after an hour or so...(i use floating method as well as listenin to bwgenerators.)

anyone got hints on how to reach + stay deep trance???...or shud i master real good concentration in light trance\no trance med first which i havent heard of as a hint or anything...

according to bruce, is f10 the state which u use the exit technique from?

i suppose monroe depended on going to deeper levels and then projecting right??? so...whats the ideal state to try exit tech...

and what f-level is the hypnagonic state? (still f10???)

i've been trying med for a month or two now and i just had some questions:

1) whats the diff betn med and concentration skills...are they coherently developed??

(buddhism says its diff) coz staring at a wall i cud forcefully push my thuts away to develop concentration but in med i have to just passively observe thut and be one with my breath right? (like zen buddhism says the more u try to silence thut, the less sucessfull u become...)

2) bruce says u need to target 3 min of no verbal chatter...how long did it take u guys to get there? and this 3 min thingy can be reached by forcefully pushing away thuts (which produces the effect of forehead pressure to me) right?

3) can i concentrate on my heart beat or pulsing on my hands insted of my breath coz with my hunch back, the spine straight thing just doesnt do with comfortable breathing?? (lying down causes sleep)

prolly this has been asked too many times...

i try NEW...but with the massive amount of stuff on creative color visualization and mantras and mandala and med i am confused...

which one is the most effective one???
