Wow Zagadka, that was very informative, thank you for our thoughts on it.
I do also wish to visit an Ayahuasqero and attempt the DMT trip.

Many people say that they feel more physically and mentally tuned when under the substance of a drug. I have several friends say that when they smoke marijuana that they feel as if they can see "clearly", as in figure out the underlying message in things. I also had a friend that had done shrooms and LSD, and said that he noticed things that he would have never figured out before. Is there some truth to this? I am not interested in taking any substances, and I myself have smoked marijuana and felt at ease and felt as if I was in control of my dreams when I sleep. Would doing marijuana, shrooms, etc... have adverse effects on the spiritual mind, or negative affects towards being spiritually aware?

I wonder whatever we are creating today evolves into?

I was thinking that it might be that as well Ellis, but I tried earlier without the binaural beats and I didn't feel tired afterward. Might be the intensity from the certain beats?.

I do believe it might be the binaural beats. I'm going to test this hypothesis tonight and I will keep you guys updated. And yes I do feel as if though nothing matters for a while and then I black out (fall asleep).

Does anyone experience fatigue after meditating? I've begun noticing that I feel very sleepy after trying to go "out of body" and after meditating.

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Binaural Beats

Hello fellow astral pulse members, I am wondering if anyone here has used or heard of binaural beats? Is it as effective as it is portrayed as? And has anyone had any success stories using these beats? I have been trying every night for about a 2 weeks and I can't get out!! I get very close (i think so), I see a very bright white light, and my legs and arms feel lifeless, but my torso feels as if its being pulled down. If you gents/madams have any recommendations for going past this point as well as any beats or sounds that I can use to help assist me. I am going to be trying the catapult method that was discussed in the FAQ section along with some of the binaural beats I have. I will try and update everyone with any success/failures that may arise. Also I feel as if I need to swallow my saliva every so often, how would I be able to avoid this?

Hello, My name is Deniz and I am a beginner meditator, and a firm believer in the astral realms. I have been just started trying to astral project and so far not much progress has been made in getting "out of body", but I do find myself floating on the ground and no longer feeling the environment around me. It seems when I meditate or attempt to go "out of body" my surroundings become darker and I feel at ease, as well as time slipping by. Just not too long ago I attempted to have an OBE (out of body experience), and before I could even realize it, over an hour has past and it honestly felt like 10 minutes. I hope to gain valuable information as well as finding fellow astral projectors to have fun adventures with exploring the different realms. Namaste.
