 I understand your plight , but please keep in mind honesty is not a given whether on the internet selling attunements or park avenue . Although honesty is one of the Reiki principles some worship their green god with the dollar sign tatoo . Please take my advice and atleast get Reiki "I" personnaly in a class with a master who is RMT/CMT and you will get much more out of it than a two dimentional out look and depending where your located it will probably cost less than a hunderd bucks . Even after that II and III on the net , The experience is more intense in person , but the universe measures by your convictions and will guide you when you open that door.

  I have experienced the same thing . When the healing energy won't respond as quickly and this happens several times in a row . The desire to succeed can make us internalize and absorb the ailment instead of dispursing it to the universe and in so doing drawing from our own energy instead of channeling from the universe . I suffer this dilema working with someone close such as my wife . And 7 years ago absorbed an entity that was habitating in a young lady I was treating for abdominal problems I am now very careful about protection and proper wording of the healing request and how it is carried out. I am attuned in Reiki , Karuna Ki and Imara but still use the basic Reiki signs to properly gate the energy and avoid a misuderstanding with my intent.

  A wise man once wrote " With those of whom we assemble we soon Resemble"...  This holds true for all belief systems, and as I see it some folks like to thank their creator in solitude in the method of their own interpretation of the higher power, as for those who are social and have found a common bond in theology or metaphysics this works too, but it seems that alot of us have been raised to follow traditions that leave us with more questions than answers, I would imagine that is the founding concept of some of these new age religions. I looked up that website and happy to say it has respect for other beliefs, not alot of dogma but some pretty valid principles that focus on the positive and not a fear factor.

Hello Everyone...
    I am overwhelmed  with this topic and the response of those who can understand the complex nature of healing and the uncharted territory that we sometimes must navigate. It is wonderful to be able to share our experiences of which there is so much to learn. I will admit this topic gives me the opportunity to share my beliefs, blunders and most importantly highly regarded opinions on deep issues , that I would dare approach my teacher with, some of them are doozies.... This is to Blue Light Mystic.... If I had 5 hours I could tell you a wid story of what can go wrong. I have had some very rewarding moments in healing folks and for the life of me can heal a darn thing for my wife without absorbing it myself, I guess I just can't seperate my own emotions. As far as the involenary release of energy I can only guess that if a higher power such as asended Reiki master is using me to chanel healing energy , he calls the shots when the healing process is complete and the link is broken not I. Case two empathy can create a link of it's own , this happens frequently when exposed to personal hardship and sorrow viewing the suffering of others. Case three if you subconciuosly get snagged by psychic parasites this will draw the energy out of your limbs involentarily. The best fix for that is grounding visualization. By the way persistant spirits can and will hang on to energy trails so protect and shield your self before and after .........

I have come to the conclusion that our purpose is to evolve as one part of a whole as spirits so in the living if we emulate that same concept of giving thanks to the universe in a group our voices are more predominant , like in the  example of group pray or healing

   I found out about drowsing 5 years ago and learned the hard way that you must be sure of whom you are talking to . I tried to contact my deceased wife and ended up opening a door I had wish I never did. Please learn the proper ways of protecting your self and when making contact if it doesn't feel right it isn't...trust you inner feelings

  That was an excellent discription. I you don't mind me adding that preparation  is important , grounding , centering and protection. Did you feel the passing of the attunements?...When I was attuned to level 2 it was much more aparent. Try using the primary sign with the middle finger , left hand over left side of head over the ear palm extended scroll the primary symbol , like writting on a chalk board and in your minds eye , envision the symbol at the same time.... Do at the same time the right side and to the progression of three.....I visualize the left and right symbols very much struck in to my thoughts boldly.....  I believe we all feel something slightly different , but for my self the best way to discribe it is empathy, love and releasing to a higher power. Stick with it it will come to you. ..........

   Yes, Dai-Ko- Myo is a powerful sign of 3rd degree..Along with the secret sybol it is used for passing attunements as a mega power sign. Just as the 23rd psalm or any possitive aformation a negative entity may leave, but not so easy when their entrenched.....I once left my guard down with lack of protection and found out the hard way. Reiki truely is a way of life and can do so very much, but sometimes it can't

  Have you tried methods of grounding and centering your self? Try to envission your self grounded through the root chakra connecting you deep into the earth and draw energy up and in rather than down an out through the base...Go back to the crown chakra and request energy while envissioning the representation of the blockage surounded , enveloped in light and expelled....  afterward envission a protective dome of white light encasing you. This works well for me...visualization is a very strong force.

   In Reiki secret signs and words dating back 2500 years to Tibet and written in sanskrit have been passed on over the years to Japan and then to the rest the world . I was attuned to Usui Shiki Ryoho teachings . There is much information on the web on Reiki and it's transformation to the US. I hope some day to create a forum on the subject of Reiki and it's history, please respond if you feel this would be well recieved

     Dreams are sometimes motavated by inward fears , or possibly someone close to you , knowingly or not has suffered an illness. Past life regression could also play a part in your nightmares. Next time you feel your self falling into this sleep pattern try to extend your self out of the picture like an observer with the ability to question the events taking place in your dream .

        You are so right about the back lash of Reiki . I the earlier stages when I was attuned to level 2 I became complacent with the girl I was involved with and found that without cleansing one self after healing is as bad as not protecting one self prior. I took on her symtoms of abdominal cramps. I also found this occurs when to emotionaly involved with the person , as with my father who suffered from alhiemer. I is very hard no to feel empathy , but the energy of the healer could be drained if to emotionaly connected. There is also the factors of lost spirits gravitating to the energy and not moving to the light in confussion. The asended Reiki master who sends the energy through the chanel , in my case reacts acordingly , sometimes I feel no flow of energy until I am insync............

   I sounds to me like one of two possibilities spackle dust from sanding spackle ( gypsum can irratate the lining of the lung when pulverized ) and extended upper arm movement as using a paint roller over head can cramp the latterals and pectorals , sore mussels can give chest pains . I know I've done this work for 30 years...........

        I have read about negatives attacking , but what about muliple entities entrenched deply for four years this coming November? I have tried all possible methods of cleansing & grounding. I wish in retrospect I had read material like this four years ago. I would appreciate feed back on removing entrenched parasitic entities from anyone sucsessfull in doing so ....

Hello......I read about the Qlink that was talked about earlier and this has alway been a point of intrest with me. In my serch for resolution with keeping unwanted entities away I ordered one today. Nothing ventured nothing gained I feel in a way it's a short cut to do mechanicaly what I should be doing on a purely spiritual level with meditation and maintaining a perfectly possitive life (which I guess over time would clear the negitive entities in natural order),but at this stag in my life I wish to enjoy the balence of my life with out there presense soon as possible.I have but one question would the Qlink harm my pets?..I have parrots dogs cats and a Prarrie dog .......

Hello....Some entitie whether dark or neutral are draw by energy (parasitic spiriits). They are drawn by fear as well as negitive emotion. The more you fear the more prevelent they become. Involve your self in possitive aformations before sleep and call on your higher self to over come the fear. Think of your self protected by a shield of white light outwardly surounded with mirrors , negitivity reflects back to it's originator. I find sending all white light and love works in theory but if the force you encounter is incapible of love your efforts in this method are friutless for the entity is more proned to otain energy thought fear than something it dosen't relate to. The last resort being visualization is everything is before you sleep envision your self going to acompletly diferent place , in the company of guides you know and trust
