I also come from the Jonas Ridgeway forum which was deleted today and found this place and it seems loaded with information!

I had many experiences in this matter from clairvoyance, empathy, and *almost* several OBE's(seeing through eyelids for example) and some odd experiences...like a beam of light going through my body...etc.

At the moment studying psychic self-defence to shield myself from emotional cluttering picked up from my environment.
The Pleidadans, Kryon, The arcturians hold my interest as well.
