i can move the psi wheel but i cant control with way the psi wheel turns
so should i move on or should i keep practicing with the psi wheel  

but i did not a my hand around it when i moved it

well i was tryin 2 move the psi wheel and i looked up at the t.v and i looked  moved a little
i was already tryin 2 move it like for 10 min before  

it only work 1 time and i cant do it anymore


can any one help me moved it again

every since i started praticing electrokinesis
when i get mad my hand start 2 tingle and then the get hot (the same hing happen when i am drawing in electric energy)  my hand get hot but i cant see anything around them

and like 15 minutes after i was done drawing in energy i went 2 the store i lent on the basket and i got a little shock

i just started praticing electrokinesis like 2 or 3 day ago

can anyone tell me why are my hands getting hot?

what was that little shock?

and how can i emprove my skills wit electrokinesis?

im new to this but i have always wanted 2 learn electrokinesis can anyone give me a few pointer or tip plz .....thank u
