I attempted AP on Mon-Thurs by a Rope/Yoyo combination.
I missed Friday. I try to AP in early morning, before things come up during the day.
I can get the mild paralysis, (am I in Robert Bruce's "light trance"?), but I'm not feeling the vibrations. My relaxation exercise: Go from toes to head, tensing and relaxing. I perform the exercise twice, it takes ~7 minutes total.
Dream recall is up.
Motivation became an issue: Losing interest. "What's so exciting about floating near the cieling?" I've looked for help elsewhere, and found it: Napoleon Hill says to recognize the root desire, which is here "the desire for freedom of body and mind." So, I can focus on my Love for Freedom. Next, Paul Twitchell says to contemplate on the desire, Napoleon Hill also says that emotion follows action, recommends a one word symbol to arouse desire ("Project!" ?), and of course, good old fashion enthusiasm.
Reading people's stories here is helpful too; It is exciting to read about people who have made it out their first time.
I'll check in next week as well.
I am soliciting advice, and advice on feeling the vibrations in particular. Rope/Yoyo by itself isn't doing it, except in my 3rd eye.
