can anyone please help.
1. i lay down
2. i relax
3. i relax even more
4. i see these green orb like shapes hovering around and around
5. then when i least expect it... i get an ich on my body. i try to ignore it but it is to strong. then all the relaxing
and my trying to astral project. was for nothing


any suggestions?

yea Ive tried brainwave gen. its gotten me to the vibrational stage     
but its probably better to actually try. because i think thats the         
farthest its going to take you.                                                   
                                                                                               

i keep trying too it hasn't happened yet, and then again i never give up...some day will astral project and it will be the most astounding experience in my life..YEA

can it ruin your natural capabilities to astral project?
