First of all Id like to say hello to you all. Ive been following Robert Bruce“s work, including the website and forums (somewhat sporadicly I might add) for about 2 years now but I dont post very much, basicly because i havnet had anything sensible to post, a reason as good as any eh [
]?
Anyways, recently I have taken up meditating again, specifically trying to enter trance state at will, havent done that for some time now.
Im usually quite succesful, however an old problem (I think I always had it really) comes again to the surface. When I enter the trance state I eventually feel pain in my teeth. You know the way your tongue and face feels electric and dull when youve been sitting own for a long time and rise suddenly? Its something like that + that i also feel pain... its really annoying, although not alarmingly high pain level it does disturb my meditation and my control over the whole trance event. The pain is not fixed, it sometimes moves around on my teeth in waves, sometimes fixes on one single tooth.
Someone suggested it may be because of an old toothfilling I have containing some metal.
Anyways, Id much appreciate any help with this.
Cheers
