Hi Sarah,
I find your tunnel experience interesting as I had a tunnel experience where I also went incredibly fast.
Thinking in hind sight, it's hard to tell if I was moving or if the tunnel (like some sort of vessel) was moving.
It was all part of an experiment where I wanted to catch a transit moment in between dreams, and keep awareness.
I was already lucid and speaking to a woman in the dream. I was focusing hard on not loosing awareness, when suddenly everything seemed to go dark and then I was in a tunnel whose walls seemed to have a membrane appearance.
What is strange is the walls seemed to have a floral design on them that had been white washed over LOL
Anyway, there were others in this tunnel with me, but they were not "there" properly with their awareness.
I actually thought at the time that it's probably better to stay unconscious during this experience, because the speed
and changing directions quite frequently was quite dizzying. After what seemed like a couple of minutes, we were "popped" out into a new dream scene. As if coming from slightly above, into a bedroom. I then went outside, and tried to do the same again, into another dream scene. But the dream lasted too long and I lost awareness.
Can you remember exactly what the tunnel was like? The nearest I can think of to describe the way I travelled, was how
it is when Jodi Foster is in that time/space travel device in the film Contact.
