I havent been on the forum for a while, as I have dedicated myself to trying to find a healing and explanation for the attack that I am under.

I would first of all like to offer my sincere thanks to all of you who have contacted me or responded to my request for help, the support has been invaluable.

For those of you who do not know the story, I have been under serious attack for about 6 yrs. It comes in different forms , but is physical and mental.

It turns out that I am being attacked by a black magician. He is a human who I believe is in the afterlife, but who attacks me because I have broken a pact with him that I made in a previous life. Seemingly my mother ( who is dead ) has been trapped by him in the afterlife as well.

I support both new age and Christian beliefs, but even so , this was a shock to me, which I found frightening and worrying. I understand that there is such a thing as karma, and maybe this is my lifetime to sort this thing out, but I feel overwhelmed.

Also, I worry that I too like my mother will also have to deal with him when I pass, which is more worrying to me than being attacked on earth to be honest.

I utilise many tools to bring light to the situation, prayers to archangels, ritual baths, visualisation. Here I must give credit to the teachers on this site who have been 100 percent supportive.

I wonder if any of you have any light to put on this situation, which will assist me. Perhaps you have some experience in this field.

Dear Readers

When ever I start to sleep, I begin to feel an involuntary shiver all over my body. It is almost like an energetic tremble which seems to take energy from me.

I have next to my bed a power pyramid which is the krypto/xeno style pyramid. It is an HHG and should banish all negs ( see power pyramids.com ), so Im not sure what this is.

It seems to work in conjunction with a clicking response in my head , which was placed there the last time I had a serious neg attack.

I wonder if any of you have experienced similar. A

I have also considered a possible medicle reason, but cannot think of something that only occurs in the sleeping hours.

It could be a nervous system reponse to my resting state, but Im not sure.

Any ideas would help

Hi Guys

A s I try to come to terms with my Neg situation, I have noticed the following which I share with you as observations and questions.

1. I am putting garlick on contact marks , caused by a serious neg attack. I hav noticed that if I forget to do this before bed, I have bad dreams
2. When I feel a neg close to me, I often hear a high pitched noise in my ear. Is this common
3. My particular neg can communicate through electrical current. I have in the past heard voices through the tv or when close to a air conditioner , for example. I can tune out of this, as you would by changing a radio station.
4. It seems that my attack is quite personal, can neg attacks be karmic.
5. During the lasy worst attack, I think something was planted in my head. I have a clicking noise which occurs after everything I say. Has anybody every experienced something like this?
6. During the height of my last worst attack, spoons bent in the kitchen, and bible pages were moved as I tryed to pray. Has anyone had this before?
7. Has anybody else seen a neg . I saw mine in a mirror. It strengthened in appearance the more I stared. This only happened once.

I hope this dosent sound too extreame. This is what has happened to me. At the moment things are quieter. Thank God.

At the moment , I have put the wheels in motion to contact a professional who I am waiting to hear from with some news, I hope this helps.

Having just read your post, I must say that I empathise with what you have just said. At times, I have also called out to my Spirit Guide and found what I saw as no response.

In fact the time when I was most under attacked occured after I had been speaking to who I thought was my spirit guide for two weeks with a pendulum.

I have two suggestions that was offered to me as explanations. Firstly no matter how much they want to, sometimes Guides are unable to assist or intervene for a number of reasons. The first being that they excist on a completely different and higher dimension to that of negs, obviously a much higher place, from where light cannot meet darkness.

Secondly, having experienced first hand neg attacks, I can honestly say that if I was always protected, I would never of changed my lifestyle and habits, or investigatedfuther spiritual practices.

Im not saying that they sit back and watch the attack, for who knows how bad it would be without them. However from our viewpoint, do we really see the bigger picture.

I am sure you are and were protected, but maybe not in the way you expected.

Hi everyone

I have a sensation almost like a slight burning on my right hand and over my right eye. Energetically I feel as if there is some kinid of attachment to me, and as I have experienced an entities physical presence, I know what it feels like.

This however is a constant sensation in one place and it doesnt move. I have tried rubbing garlick oil on it and also tried body awareness exercises.

In the past, I mentioned that I have marks on my body from an neg attack, but this doesnt seem to mark me.

Hi

I have a LOT of freckles large and small on my upper back. I always thought they were caused by the sun. Now Im trying the ball point method, but find it hard to get to them to draw the circles around them ( obviously because they are on my back ) .

Nita has told me that garlick and rosemary oil also help with attachment points , so I am placing garlick on them daily, as this is easier to do.

Does this have the same effect energetically?

I dont have any raised freckles

Hi once again

Recently, I posted a request for assistance in relation to a situation occuring in my life at present. I am under attack, and feel like it can be a lonely place to be .

I really just want to thank all of you who have tried to assist me , your help has been invaluable. Everyday I check in just to feel more supported by your replies.

I thought I was going nuts. I had never met or spoken to anyone who had experienced energetic attacks of this kind, and this forum , and Robert Bruces book, has at least shown me that what is happening to me is not as unusual as I thought.

At the moment through constant ritual baths, prayer, dealing with core traumas ( I first encountered a neg through an apparition in a mirror, who replayed the murder of my mother which occured when I was 16 ), and a change of lifestyle . I have managed to improve the situation.

When I say this, I mean that now I cant hear the entity, or feel him move through my body. All poltageist type activity in my house has also stopped, and I am no longer throwing up or feeling it taking over.

I must mention here that the worst attack from this neg came when I dowsed with the pendulum. For two weeks I thought I was getting wonderful messages of support from my spirit guide, but then this abrubtly stopped when this neg ( having found more energy ) began to physically attack me.

I have contact marks all over my body which to someone else look like discolouration, but to me are very clearly markings of some sort, almost symbolism.

I dont think I am posessed, but not really having anything to compare it too, makes it difficult to judge. All I know is that I am able to function from day to day, go to a gym regularly, eat well and do not have depressive thoughts. I go to church, and feel spiritually supported by my beliefs.

I sense intuitively that this neg has attached itself to my base and sacral chakra. I attend an energetic healer trained by Barbara Brennan, who wrote Hands of Light , and we are trying to deal with this.

Thankyou to Nita for her advice on rubbing garlick on the contact points. Everynight I rub a garlick infused olive oil on my marks hoping to break the neg attachments. I also many large freckles on my uper back , which I have had for ten years. I wonder if these are also attachment points, and I have drawn a cross in a circle over a few of them to test.

I have a clicking in my head , which occurs on the right and left temple after everything I say. It is annoying , and began after one of the more serious neg attacks two months ago. I dont know its purpose, or how to remove it.

This is a learning process, and it isnt easy. I sometimes feel that I must be a sort of bad person, in order for these things to occur. Then my logical mind tells me that I am victim to an opportunist who wants my energy.

I have  been ut in touch with a person who might be able to help me here in Europe, and for those interested, I will keep you posted.

If any of you visit London, and need help to find your way, please let me know and I will always at least be a friend at the end of a phone who can give you insight into a great city.

Finally, as I have read other peoples postings, I would like to add one word of encouragement to those, like myself who are in a bit of a tough place at the moment. I know that things look hard right now, but dont let this take away your hope and joy. Find things to make you happy, and spend time with those who love you. It wont last forever.

My name is Pierre , and I am a holistic therapist here in London. I would like to contact Robert with a request for assistance for myself, with the following problem.

Having just read ( all last night ) Practical Self - defence, I would like to thank you for coming to my help with this book. However, I am concerned for my own welfare.

In 1994, I encountered a NEG in my hotel room in SanFrancisco. It came through a mirror and the core image it used was the murder of a close family member, which it showed me in graphic detail. Having never encountered a Neg before, I was initially intrigued, but this then gave it permission to proceed.,

6 years later, I now have physical tattoos on my body, a manifestation of the thing in the Iris of my eye, and have been known at the height of the crisis to speak in a strange voice ( whilst always maintaining control of myself )

Having read the book, I wonder if I am gradually being posessed or if I am overshadowed. I am in full control of my senses and do not feel that I am ever not in control of my body.

However, at times , I feel itchy all over , and seem to know when this thing enters me as I almost feel overshadowed.

My life has changed dramatically over the last six years, as I am now a holistic health worker, but in 1994 I opened myself up by the use of recreational drugs. This has now come to a complete stop, and my life is better for it.

Generally, when I am living an ordinary day, the only feeling I have is caused by the physical change to the eye, and the marks on my face. However when I open up spiritually ( I was told to use a pendulum to contact my guide ) . This was a huge mistake as I had the worst attack you could ever imagine and was off work for 3 months.

Im an everyday guy who never believed this possible. However it is real, and I consider myself sane and balanced.

My question is : HOW DO i KNOW THAT i AM DETACHED FROM THIS THING . ARE THE MARKS ON MY BODY JUST LIKE WAR WOUNDS OR COULD I BE PARTIALLY POSSESSED.

Robert, if I could chat to you just for ten minutes by phone that would be wonderful. Or if you know someone here in Europe who could help. I will travel anywhere.

Things have quietened down again, and all the things you suggested have helped. With regard to the brighteye for my eye, I bought a tincture. Is this correct?

Also, I have spoken to a Shamen , who says that I should journey to meet this neg to find out what he wants. They of course mean journey in a transe, or spiritually. Is this a good idea?

Thanks for your support. This forum has been an amazing lifeline to me.

I dont know why this is happening to me , but I know that it is making me much stronger as a person.

Two things I did today. I managed to have some success using the Robert Bruce body awareness brushing, although it has to be repeated regularly, and I also had a ritual bath. I am a Christian, and call upon the Holy Spirit to shield me and clear me. Who knows where I would be if it wasnt for this protection?

I also find that by actually brushing the skin with a natural bristle body brush assists me with the mental process of seeing this happen on the etheric level.

Anyway, here goes!

I have been to two energetic healers, both said I wasnt posessed. I also went to the catholic church , who said I was undergoing stress. The healer from the college of psychic studies here in London said that I was experiencing an obsessive entity who has karmic attachments to my past family. The times when I experienced the worst attacks was when I opened myself up by pendulum use etc.

I saw the entity 6 years ago. He was wearing a black cloak, hat, white scarf and sun glasses. He appeared in a mirror, and the attack became stronger the more I became involved. At this time , I had never had such an attack.

Last night whilst putting garlick on my marks, I remembered a birth mark, I have in my armpit. I placed a cross with a circle around it and also garlick. Then last night for the first time in a month I was attacked again. I felt naucious and vomited. I believe I may of found an attachment point mentioned in Roberts Book.

I know this all sounds incredible, but I assure you I am sane, reasonably balanced and hold down a full time job. Im also a decent guy who really tries to make people happy.

At the moment I have begun enquires with a contact from Nita. I pray to God I get help.

Things have improved to some degree with me. I have been really diligent in doing protective rituals ( learnt from this site ), and also cleaning up my act.

I think that if your energy is vibrating at a high frequency, even human nasties cant get you hehe, let alone spiritual.

I use wheatgrass as an enema daily. The enema is the quickest way absorb fluids into the body. I believe that the key to health lies predominantly in the digestive tract.

This is the area of absorbtion, and elimination. Often plagued with parasites, fungi ( candida ) and lack of nutrient absorbtion.

Juicing wil assist the detox process, but it would also help to assist the liver if you use milkthistle as a liver support. There are a few good companies offering liver support products.

The other wonderful liver healer is coffee enemas which taken 3 x a week will help the liver to throw off excess bile and assist it in its job .

I can  fax you instructions on how to do this or perhaps give you the name of a few books which explain naturopathics.

It sounds like you know a lot already anyway, so I dont mean to patronise you if you do.

You mentioned why do you have this ailment. Well there could be a number of answers to this. I supposeall disease has an energetic imprint .

I would like to say that for me you are a wonderful giver, kind , sensitive , caring. This is so obvious to the sensitive who read this forum. As a care giver sometimes we find it hard to receive. You deserve support! Your liver wants to support you , as do many others from the replies you have received, and believe me, you deserve it !

I thought I would share with you my experience of dealing with these core image traumas. I find that by writing them down and burning them brings acertain amount of finality to the situation, but does it actually deal with the energetic trauma that these have caused.

In the spiritual realms there are healing energies that when applied through visualisation, can bring comfort to the trama. Imagine this anyway you can. ie Enveloping white light enfolding you with love, or perhaps walk through the trauma with your spirit guide and hand it to him or her to deal with.

Also I have been attanding an energetic healer, who has worked with me at identifying chakra attachments that these traumas form. Through healing they can be removed from you.

I know this isnt as well explained as I would like it to be, but I hope it helps

Hi Guys

I would like to add my view on the situation from a personal perspective. When I had my first neg attack, I was under the influence of recreational drugs. This had definitely caused a chemical imbalance in my body, and I have had to stop doing this as everytime I took them, I opened myself up.

Psychiatrists may be able to assist with more symptomatic results of neg attack, such as depression, ( anti depressants ). They may also be able to clarify issues that feed core attachments and this could be healing in itself.

However, I feel that each persons path to health is probably based on their own situation. Some may not be able to afford expensive sessions with energetic healers or therapists. Also, Im sure there are many people experiencing attacks who dont even know what they are ,and end up in mental health units.

However, for me this has been a lonely road. I dont feel I need a psychiatrist. They couldnt help me when my physical body was being attacked. It was only energetic work and requests for spirtual intervention that has made any difference

Having just reread my initial posting to you, and having received a nasty reply, I think it appropriate that I qualify myself.

What I perceive as physical changes to my appearance are very slight. I hace no blemishes upon me such as explained in Robery Bruces book when decribing neg attachments.

I do have something small in my eye which I think looks different than before.

I do not feel strange or depressed, and my instinct tells me that through opening myself up ( recently with the use of a pendulum ) and before ( six years ago ) with recreational drugs, I have come under some form of attack.

As with all life changing experiences, I have recognised the situation as a wake up call, and changed my life for the better.

I work as sports massage therapist , and have been told that my energy is good.

I am trying to understand what has occured in my life, and it has been suggested that this neg has past life karmic attachments to me.

I hope this places the situation in perspective, and stops any offensive messages being sent to me.
