I had an OBE I have never forgotten in 1972 but still don't understand why. I floated above my body and looked down at myself on the bed and tapped my boyfriend's shoulder and said "I love you." We did NOT stay together and I was not in any physica pain. I astral projected a lot as a child and then that happened out of the blue. I saw my extra long hair in my astral body and my filmy white gown and the sparkling silver cord. I was not scared at all and want to project again to solve problems and fulfill my destiny and contribute to the universe. Thanks for any replies, spirit

Hi James & others: This is my first time on here and I really enjoyed reading about the different views people have on a.d.'s as I have to constantly defend my Prosac, which I have been on for 8 years. I've tried all the others that have come out since then and this is still the best for me.
I read somewhere that these a.d.s inhibit projection as well. I believe they inhibit dreams but willing myself to remember them before sleep really works so I am trying to work on catching my dreams and hope I can project from them. I regularly took astral trips as a child and remember my guides and their voices when I was frustrated and how eventually I could go to space. When Marco died two years ago I started reading and writing constantly about all aspects of the paranormal. I had many psychic & synchronistic experiences. I would like to project to my home on the other side where so many of my friends and loved ones have gone already.
Back to topic, If I could exercise like I was before Marco's death I almost felt ike I could get off Prosac as I would be on a natual high for hours but its genetic in my family & my psychologist thinks I will have to keep taking them for life. However, I believe will is the key and I think I can remember the steps to astral project again or go from my dreams. Nothing can really limit us forever if we keep trying. The spirit world is very real and think we need to astral project to help our planet survive or even transform although it seems impossible when you read the news. Thanks for any responses. I need astrak friends to chat with. Also have a friend who could project to her friends and tell them what they were doing the night before which amazed everyone in hight school so I want her to get online with this too as she is a very kind person.
