i know how to astral project i just wanna know how to get to the other side

i pretty much just wanna know how to etheric project

can someone tell me how to go to the etheric ?i really wanna go there

can i prevent myself being sealed?and is there a way to unseal myself if i get sealed?

i mean can i bring the suns energy into my projection and have it heal my projection so i can last longer?

can anyone tell me how to be completely disconnected from my physical body?and how to reconnect?
