Here's something that may help you - it's free, and
offered by Robert Bruce (my personal mentor when it comes to astral travel):
http://www.astraldynamics.com/tutorials/?BoardID=6

This should help when dealing with any energy-work,
astral included :)

Hope it helps!

Wow, I've heard of solar flares having a greater spiritual significance... I remember reading somewhere that the cycles of sun-spot activity have since ancient times correlated with the rise and fall of major civilizations... I'll do more research into the spiritual significance of this particular solar storm and if I find anything of interest, I'll post it right here. :)

In Robert Bruce's book, Astral Dynamics he gives techniques for remembering your astral experience. He calls it, "Shadow Memory Download" and it occurs upon re-integration into the physical body...

Here's something you can try...

Before you project, give a solid intention that you will remember the experience completely. You may black out in the seperation process (when the astral body seperates from the physical) but keep the thought in mind that upon returning to your physical body, you will shout a key word (i.e. a word having something to do with your experience) over and over and over again until you are again in the physical body...

Also, have a notepad and pen sitting by your side for the moment you wake up. It only takes about 8-20 seconds to completely forget an astral experience, so as soon as you awaken, take the pen in your hand and start writing key words that have something to do with your memory of what you experienced. Once that's down, then you can write your experience using those keywords as "triggers" and recount it with much higher retention.

I've used this several times and it works wonders for me. :)

Thanks for your kind response.

I'll go browse the forum now and
see if I can provide value to any
ongoing conversations. :)

If any of you have a question, I'll
be happy to provide an answer.

I don't have "all" the answers, but
I'll sure do my best to help anyone
and everyone I can on this forum.

Blessings to all!

Hey all,

Wonderful to meet you. I was introduced to this forum
by none other than Adrian himself. I have a large background
in internet marketing, but my true passion lies within this field.

I love to improve the quality of peoples' lives. There's a very
interesting story revealing how I came to realize this path early
in life. (since age 7)

It's on my blog at: http://www.jasonmangrum.com

I'll be posting here often now that I've found such an amazing
place filled with like minded spiritual truth seekers!

Be blessed,
Jason Mangrum
