Yes, I too fill my my heart frozen.......I dont have love or attatchements......Neither sorrow nor happiness.
And I used to be the one who bends backward to help others.........I have heard practicing the open heart meditation helps.......Do a google search....You will get the free online guided mp3 mrditation.

And I thought I was the only one without much success in this area........After so much of research.......

Has anyone in this forum tried third eye meditation with any success?
And has anyone gone through Theodore von Kiedrowski's book
How To Open Your Third Eye and is it a book worth buying?
I will much appreciate your feedback as I have been trying a lot to open my third eye.
So far no success.
