coldness, i can already feel the hand chakra when i put energy to it i can get vibes

Well for about a week or 2 I have started attempting to AP.  While doing meditation I have already realized that I can control my energy and feel it just when I relax.

Then I found the whole psiball thing on this site, so natrualy I decided to look into it.  After reading about it, I finaly give it a go.  First of all i could feel the energy coming from my hands the whole time, second my feet and lower legs hit the vibrational state in a matter of seconds, I had recently meditated so iwas realy relaxed.  The slight chill in my palms proved to me that energy can be used for alot of things.  I will continue to go on with meditation and psiballs.

Any tips feel free to post =D or any other ideas for me to try.

Okay, first let me elaborate that i'm not hear to debunk any of you or sound like a skeptic, nor am I asking you to pull out infallible, scientifically proven facts on the matter...I'm just asking, out of curiousity, how do you really know Chakras truely exist? Give me an example through either experience or expertise...

i have only been meditating and trying to ap for a few weeks but.

getting the feeling in you chakra's seems to be one of the easists things for me to do, i have been able to do this for all but 2 chakras which i am currently working on. so there is no doubt in my mind

trust me when you "feel" them you will know lol

iv had that feeling in every direction while meditating nothing to be alarmed about
