Yep, I agree with previous poster on "build more energy" by any raising energy system ("NEW" by RB is most effective).

Tell/ask your Supreme Friend: "Let your will be done, not mine, since You know best what is good for me"
This would be my approach...

ascending method = you try to achieve Absolute Truth with your abilities
descending method = you try to make it so Absolute Truth will descend to you

hint=although Absolute Truth has impersonal aspect, mainly it is a person and has a will.
Absolute Truth may want not to be known by you.

Beginning with Gateway

Wave 1 Orientation and introduction to focus 10

Very easy to get to trance (body sleeps and mind awake).
Most important of the beginning experiences was, that during first focus 10 I saw for a second a green face with black eyes with no eyelids looking from very close to my face behind my eyelids. It was as he was looking what am I doing. Not negative, only curious. Luckily I was not afraid.

Overall I experience something new after every exercise. Usually I feel energized and calm.
My memory of dreams improved. I don't go further that Exploration, sleep from Wave 1, because I did not manage to float away from a body. I have a lot of click outs with no recollection where I click in at the end. Monroe promises it will get better with practice.

I started to make a playlist of few exercises to play in the sleep for whole night. I don't remember anything, when I listen during sleep. Sometimes I wake up in night to put off the headphones.

Gateway in friends' house

There was an 18th anniversary of my wife's niece, so we went there and during the festivities I came back to home. After working on a computer I felt tired and wanted to quick recharge.
So I made Advanced Focus 10 from Wave 1. For a first time I did it while sitting on the couch.

I felt strong vibrations in the face as if my face was dissolving from the physical.
It was similar as if a lot of big ants was crawling on my face and pulling it. (probably 3rd eye chakra, which is often active, but not *that* much) I wanted to stop it so in focus 10 was moving my face and for a while it helped and then still I got these vibes. So I pull out of it, also because my back hurt from the uncomfortable position. (when body was relaxed, the muscles in the back slackened and position became uncomfortable).

After pulling out I felt that my energetic body somewhat ,,tired" or ,,tingling" (hard to describe) so I made a short nap. Anyway it is not good idea to break the exercise, because I felt tired.

I am ill - some flu virus, but because of energy raising I was not hit very heavy with it, only dizziness and fever for few days.

I tried body color - emotional cleansing and was not able to understand the instructions – clicking out. At the end I clicked in and felt that from one eye tear is falling as if I went through some emotional experience, which I don't remember.

I tried also problem solving: I put the question: How to get healthy fastest? and seen the plate with warm red vegetables.
Heavy clicking out due to late hour.
Also when asking about the subject on desk of this guy on astral forums i saw sign of right of way (yellow triangle with red borders)

Wave V – Exploring intuition and Intro to focus 15

Today after reading old post on astralpulse.com decided to not strain my eyes and forehead and just notice and not try to do anything.

It is easier and more deep for me to count to focus 10 than just say focus 10. Maybe with time I will not need to count. But it is cool to see, how breaths are becoming more shallow and body is heavier with every digit.

I noticed that doing two tracks at once makes my body physical or astral not comfortable (urge to change position of physical, itchy feeling, a lot of energy, tingling – hard to describe), so I will be making pauses between from now on.

Focus 15 – really deeper trance that Focus 12, third eye chakra heavy throbbed, I seen some astral scenery (it was 90 degrees different to my field of vision – some white columns ancient greek style bathed in eerie orange- red beautiful atmosphere)

Time quickly went by. Interesting if when it would be without CD, maybe I will stay there indefinitely?

I experienced some tingling in my both thighs and I knew that some energy is coming to my muladhara chakra (base)

For a moment I lost lucidity for 1 second and I touched my neck with my astral hand, when I regain lucidity it disappeared.

I am sorry, but you are not fully informed about this. God appeared many times personally on this and other planets. You could look for more information. For example Bhagavad-gita is a talk between God and his devotee which took place around 5000 years ago. Also in Srimad Bhagavatam there are dozens of His pastimes.
