Jacque: What is 3d blackness and Phasing?
I have experienced many different altered states of awarness and have had many out of body experiences, but I am not familiar with these terms. Right now, I am open to all information on hypnosis and anything else that can awaken my psychic perception.

Sheena,

A description of Phasing can be found in the FAQ's but the same info and ton's more on Phasing can be found in the Frank Kepple Resource here

You'll also find descriptions of 3D Blackness in the Resource too, starting in section 2) How Frank's model correlates with Robert Monroe's

Yep, I figure focus on the relaxing thing first.  And with me, it's the eyes!

I've got several ideas and am trying to formulate a few 'scripts' for myself while in hypnosis, just haven't been dedicated to trying hard for a while now.  I've been trying to astral project since I was around 13.  I haven't given up by now, I'm not gonna in the near future! lol.

But I'm trying to get serious about practicing again, and this time 'round incorporating hypnosis into my techniques a great deal.  Actually, I'm only concerned with Phasing nowadays, and no longer try to project in the traditional sense.

QuoteI believe it would be possible to simply give yourself a keyword, and be there at some point.
What I was referring to here, (not real clear now that I read it again) is using hypnosis to condition yourself to merely give a keyword maybe a couple, and be full fledged phasing/projecting within seconds. Or at least say, achieving Fz or 3D Blackness.

I've actually been through 3D Blackness a number of times, many years ago while stumbling around practicing self hypnosis and meditation.  Course back then I had no frigging clue what the possibilities held, I just thought it was cool!  I wanna get there again with hypnosis.

hypnotist1/Frank:

I simply use a Dave Elman technique to achieve eye catalepsy... which i've long since given a keyword and can achieve total eye closure by just thinking of the keyword.  Then a bit of deepening technique (staircase, elevator or simple ...5x's deeper at the count of...)  Then I give myself rather simple and probably not well thought out suggestions for relaxing my eyes... "...you will feel only comfort around your eyes, relax the muscles around your eyes, let them wander where they may.."
That sort of thing, and it does work, though not as quickly as i'd like or as completely, which makes me believe I could go deeper into self hypnosis (need help/practice there) and/or my suggestions need improving.  Probably all.

I'd like to be able to just give a keyword and BE at Fz/3D Blackness!!

What about forming keywords/suggestions for achieving mind awake/body asleep?  Been thinking a lot on it, but never worked out adequate suggestions for myself yet.

And yes, I'd love help!!

I've been wanting to do this myself.

Right now, I've been only focusing on relaxing my body with self hypnosis, mainly my eyes since I hold so much tension in them, and they always try to 'peek' at the hypnogogic imagery.

I believe it would be possible to simply give yourself a keyword, and be there at some point.

Also, I can't get with those long winded induction techniques.  It need not take more than a minute to achieve hypnosis, or rather, the the state in which hypnotic suggestions can take place, ie, bypassing the critical thinking faculty of the conscious mind.

There is far more information in The Frank Kepple Resource than was in his posts.  Could this be from his book he was working on?

Thanks Gandalf.

Last year I was collecting all of Franks posts on phasing into a wiki.  Had a lot done, had a lot to do.  Circumstances have prevented me from working on it for quite a while.

If anyone is interested in it, lemme know.

My mother has recently had surgery for colon cancer and it has also gone to her liver.

I hope that those members out there that are able, would be willing to send her your healing, Reiki, thoughts/energy towards her.

Her name is Donna and she lives in Maryland.  I can send a photo of her if it would be helpful to those who feel it would aid in their healing efforts.

Feel free to PM if you need additional info or if you've anything else to add.

Thank you in advance,
Jacque

Welcome to Astral Chat! / white dots in sky?
May 27, 2003, 01:26:44
OK, I see them as well, for several years now.

To me, i see them VERY easily after, or during, energy work (usually if i am outdoors at the time).  The dots seem to increase in numbers and movement intensity with longer energy raising sessions.   I rarely see them without raising my energy first.

I can move my eyes while watching them, and they don't dissapear.  I can even pick out one and follow it's movement, physcially moving my eyes, tracking it untill i can't keep up with it any longer.  Blinking doesn't do much, they may disappear for an instant, only to reappear very rapidly again.  Closing my eyes, while facing a strong light, I don't see them.  Open my eyes again... there they are.

Many times, after a length energy session, feeling full of energy, on a 'high', the danged things stayed in my vision for appr. an hour afterwards.  It did not matter what or where i looked I could still see them at some level of clarity.  A swarm of them would describe it pretty well.

They appear semi-transparent white, move very rapidly and, what intrigues me is that they appear alive.   I have also noticed that some of their movement speeds will vary, independent of the others in the 'swarm'.  Some will slow down, while others zip and zig zag by, then speed up again.
Like Athlos mentioned no attractive or repulsive interactions, although it does remind me of birds in flight.  Some will veer in a direction, some others follow but they never bump into one another, barely stopping short of that, then they split up, heading in their own directions again.

Ah, yes rodentmouse, i remember Frank talking about that.  The 'brain method' i think.  Quite fasinating, the possible link with this article.
Hmm, i wonder if Frank has had any progress with this lately...

Frank, sorry for resurrecting this old thread, but it seems an important topic.

I have tried the techique months ago, with some interesting results, only to have had forgotten about it since then.  Was reminded of it in a post from Pete, about an 'eject button for the soul'.  Will definitely try it again tonight though.

Have you any more progress to report on this?
Any little details to add to the technique?

Thanks,
~Jacque
