i would be interested in the book but only if there is sometype of proof. What psychic powers does the writer have or is it all compiled info and none of it trial efforts.

it is true that you can have a ap after using drugs but most of the time in my experience it is too hard for me to concentrate enough to do it OR even care because i am so buzzed. I wouldnt recommend it.

i remember the first time i astral projected i couldnt see anything. I knew i was projecting because i could feel myself flying. I just kept going higher and higher and i couldnt open my eyes. It was quite scary. I had to learn to open my astral eyes. This is why i try to just have lucid dreams instead of projet but one day i will do it.

im new to this forum but i have been astral projecting for years. I just perfected a method but I think would help everyone project but alot of the techniques on this forum work you just have to have the discipline and not give up. It took me so long to finally find the technique that would get me out everytime and the discipline to do it.

I always wanted to learn to develop psychic powers but it is hard to tell what is usefull info and what is bs. Sometimes i just give up but i know how to astral project very well so im happy.
